Super CLEAN with tons of room. Gorgeous home. Safe neighborhood. The heated pool was AMAZING we were hoping for a weekend full of sunshine but the weather had other plans but because the pool was heated we were still able to enjoy ourselves. Home is cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the gathering space for our family and friends as we prepped to celebrate the union of our daughter and her beau. we had family dinners, game night, serious talks😀😍and celebrated the union after it occurred. great back yard to enjoy. plenty of space for us to fit comfortably.

A lovely home in an excellent location. Renovated with all the upgrades in a location you can't beat. Easy walking to the Pearl, CIA & the Riverwalk. This home is spacious, loads of amenities and some extra touches to make it special. Plenty of plugs with both standard and USB outlets. Easily understood labels on switch plates, appliances and the fabulous master shower. Literally steps from the Riverwalk and the Pearl, and yet SO quiet. Felt completely safe and enjoyed it immensely.

This place was so cute! Perfect for our girls getaway. It was a block off Main Street so easy access to plenty to do! Jourdan was very helpful and responsive. You can tell she took that extra step to make this place super enjoyable for her guests! We will definitely be going back:)

Alex’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Close to six flags and restaurants. The house felt homey, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast. My mom loved it and all the sports memorabilia. The price was great and I think we definitely got what we paid for. Definitely recommend if your destination is six flags or sea world. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, perfect for 5. We will be back.

Lovely home to stay at with an amazing view of the lake. As mentioned in the info they provide the driveway is rather small as my truck barely fit. But other wise great home and great host

It was amazing. The pool was the main reason we stayed. But overall this is the place to stay. Definitely will come here more often

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh & Amiee’s Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was perfect—close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and wineries. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! Scott

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Tim’s condo in The Domain was fantastic—bright, modern, and super fun. We loved being within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants, and the neighborhood felt safe and vibrant. Definitely a top pick for Austin!

Devin’s place was great! The bed was really comfortable, and everything else was great! We were not there for very long during the day, bc we were watching our son play in a college golf tournament. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the space. We will definitely stay again, when we are in the area.

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. The accommodation at Rick's was great. It is located in a quiet area. We were looking for accommodation close to The Salt Lick and this accommodation is not only close but also offers everything we needed. It is definitely suitable for long term stays. It is a small apartment that has a fully equipped kitchen including stove and oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker (coffee was provided). All utensils, spices, cleaning products... The nook with a small sofa and table was also nice. Quiet beautiful place with a view of the horses. Sorry we only spent one night in the area. If we can ever return, we will definitely stay at Rick's again.

My wife and I went to the pickle festival at the fairgrounds, and this location was perfect. Could walk to the fairgrounds and downtown is a 5 minute drive. The condo was homey, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Carrie was very friendly and responsive, couldn't ask for a better host. Highly recommend.

The place is great with plenty of space for 6 people. The living room/main room area was very spacious and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony and heard over a dozen species of birds with a beautiful view of the very large lawn. The property is on the river but is so incredibly quiet. We really enjoyed paddle boarding and wading in the water and fishing. Recommend taking fishing poles and live worms, you’ll catch lots of bass. Also recommend taking inner tubes because there’s a great little rapid on the river that we had a blast going down. The water was incredibly clear too. It was easy parking wise and a short trip to Gruene. We will be back!

First off Jason was super communicative. The instructions for this location are superb. The layout and amenities were perfect for our four person group with one set of bunk beds, a pull out sofa, and a master bed. It has a full kitchen as well. The location is incredible and definitely worth every penny. There is a bar downstairs with friendly bar tenders and this location is such a melting pot it was fun to start up random conversations with interesting people. It took less than 5 mins walk to be at Rainey St. It felt like everything else was about a 7 min uber ride. Thanks Jason for the detailed instructions and quick response times. Your place helped us make many amazing memories. Can’t wait to come visit again!

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.

Lovely place to stay a few days and enjoy Austin. The house is really nice and convenient, and Stephen always keeps an eye on anything you might need.
