It is well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your getaway and all that the area has to offer. Many great restaurants within minutes of this location or you can cook your own meals in the full kitchen. We are close to hiking, biking, kayaking and much more. Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

My place is close to Mills Falls in Meredith, close to skiing, casual and fine dining, art shops, wineries, art and antique shops, just minutes to 2 - 4 hour hikes with great views of White Mountains and Lake Winnepesaukee, a beautiful Association Beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The Salty Grape

On crystal clear Lake Winona. Must be willing to put up with loon serenades, as they're frequent, otherwise, it's a pretty serene, quiet place. Hiking, kayaking, swimming, ice skating, cross country skiing from back door. Ski resorts 18 & 28 miles away. Night life resort towns 6 miles away. I live in this house and my neighbors are my friends, so no loud, throbbing music out on the deck or loud yelling, screaming, cursing. (You can curse under your breath all you want).

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.

In the winter months, ride your snowmobile right from the driveway, take a brewery tour in Portland, head to the White Mountains, or just watch the river go by. Cornish, Maine is just 12 minutes away and has plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.
