An Unforgettable Stay – Felt Like Home! Our trip to Georgia Tbilisi was nothing short of amazing, and a huge part of that was this incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, Tati and Giorgi made us feel so welcome—it was like visiting old friends. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. The house itself was beyond beautiful—stylish, comfortable, and surrounded by the most breathtaking nature. Waking up to those views, having slow mornings with coffee on the terrace, and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere was everything we needed. But the best part? My whole family was truly happy here. There’s something so special about this place—it’s warm, inviting, and just feels right. Whether we were out exploring or simply enjoying time together, every moment felt perfect. I can’t thank Tati and Giorgi enough for creating such a magical retreat. We’re already talking about coming back!

Nice and well kept house, close to the sea. You feel immediatly at home, you see owners eye for nice interior design in every corner. No one in the off-season - this is a plus.

Such a nice studio, perfect for 2 people. Garegin and his family were super sweet and welcoming. They gave my parents a ride from the airport and to the airport. My parents stayed there for a week and enjoyed their time. There are nice restaurants and shopping malls around. Garegin and his Family gave my parents some good recommendations of interesting places around. The place needed some equipments and they were fast in providing them. I wish them the best!

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

As a solo traveller this Airbnb was perfect! It had everything I needed, it’s very central in Old Tbilisi, was very clean, and an easy check in. You do have quite the climb to get to it, so keep that in mind when booking.

Хорошее расположение в тихом районе рядом с исторической крепостью. Вокруг большие эвкалиптовые деревья, вид на сад. Просторная квартира с высокими потолками; есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Вода из артезианской скважины. Быстрый и стабильный интернет. Отзывчивый хозяин всегда помогал нам по любым вопросам.

Снимала жилье для своей мамы. Ей всё очень понравилось Простое заселение, удобное расположение. В квартире есть все необходимые мелочи для кухни Хорошая звукоизоляция, хоть и окно выходит на оживленную улицу. До моря рукой подать, вокруг есть все нужные магазины, кафе, обменники. Зимой тепло, отопление работает хорошо, особенно в спальне Большое спасибо за приятный приём:)

Заселение произошло без проблем, Khatia за несколько дней написала и уточнила приедем ли мы. В день заезда хозяйка дала четкие указания по заселению. По любому вопросу оперативно получали ответ. При выезде нам пошли на уступки и разрешили съехать в удобное время. Спасибо большое, рекомендуем данное жильё.

It is spacious. Quite large. In the beginning I kept walking from room to room looking for the kitchen! It has 4 rooms, 3 balconies and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Full stove, large fridge/freezer, oven and micro. The furniture is lovely also chandeliers. the place is clean and immaculate. . The apartment is comfortable and great for a longer stay. We loved the location. There is a supermarket very close, accessible via a secret locked door. Supermarket is well stocked and has friendly workers. Alcoholic beverages available. The area south of the metro station has lots of shopping, restaurants, street food. Bus available to 28May. Entrance to the complex is on the south side of the building, with a security gate. We highly recommend.

Большое спасибо за прекрасные каникулы! Квартира очень большая и комфортная. Очень большая кухня-гостинная. Квартира полностью оборудована всем для комфортного проживания. Мы приезжали большой семьей нам очень понравилось! Расположение квартиры отличное, до метро несколько минут пешком и на метро можно добраться до самого центра. В пешей доступности много разных магазинов и кафешек. Так же у хозяйки есть еще одна квартира, которая находится в том же доме, на одном этаже. Мы приехали большой семьей и было очень удобно. Endzela нас встретила, показала квартиру, и рассказала что есть поблизости. Так же была всегда на связи. Обязательно вернемся!

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

You cannot go wrong with staying here. Very good place with everything you need to stay comfortably in Yerevan and you cannot ask for a better location. Artavazd provided it with everything we needed as well

Great airbnb in a modern and clean building. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and newly remodeled. Check in was easy and the host Michael was very helpful with all the instructions. Recommend!

Great apartment 3 min walking distance from the lift, and plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Would strongly recommend!

Плюсы: вежливый и приятный в общении хозяин; приняли нас при бронировании за полчаса до заезда; понятная инструкция по заезду; шикарный ремонт; прекрасный вид из окна; прислали гайд по Батуми с рекомендациями по ресторанам и кафе и не только; разрешили выехать позже. Минусы: только то, что одеяло нужно было заправлять в пододеяльник самостоятельно :)

Очень просторная, красивая и функциональная квартира. Есть все необходимое и даже больше. Постельное белье, полотенца, удобные кровати, оборудования кухня, телевизор, интернет. Это лучшая квартира из тех, что я арендовала на сайте, большая, с тремя отдельными спальнями, двумя санузлами, стиральной машиной, теплая( есть отопление и кондиционер в каждой комнате). Рядом метро, пекарни, аптеки, обменный пункт, большой супермаркет! Обязательно сниму повторно!
