Our condo is a corner unit on the top floor (accessible via elevator) of building G in the North Coast Village.

Welcome to a newly remodeled ocean view condo steps to the beach in North Coast Village. Everything is brand new from the new stainless steel kitchen appliances with white quartz countertops to the beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen has new cabinets and everything you need to cook a homemade meal if you choose. There is a coffee maker and coffee provided. A beach theme was used to decorate the entire condo that truly makes you feel like you are in paradise.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a sound sensitive neighbor, please no running/loud noises on first floor.

Please note: The primary bedroom is an open concept(there isn’t a bedroom door to lock it off). Laundry room is on the garage level. You will need a laundry prepaid card to utilize.
