Casa pulita e con mobili ed infissi nuovi, fornita di tutti gli utensili, wifi ed altro. Didier è una persona molto amichevole ed è stato sempre reattivo ai messaggi. Peccato che il giardino sia un pò in stato di abbandono, con un pò di cura l'alloggio diventerebbe davvero una piccola perla. Attenzione se avete una macchina lunga (SUV o station wagon o comunque superiore a circa 4,40 mt) perchè il parcheggio è un pò stretto e richiede alcune manovre per poter entrare/uscire. Potrebbe essere un problema avere lo spazio di manovra se il parcheggio è pieno.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

Dominique’s place is special. The view is spectacular as you are on top of a hill in Nice but in a residential area and still within a couple of kilometres from city center. The drive up there is quite a thrilling one and makes it that much more special. The pool and the pool area are the highlight even though it was too cold for us to use the pool. There is a quality table tennis table so if you have nice racquets bring them along to play. You also have everything you need including a gas grill and hammock and microwave etc. Food delivery options are also aplenty given how close it is to Nice. The house itself, while old, is spacious and has everything you would need. The warm water takes a while but the house on multiple levels feels very spacious. The plot is truly massive and is pet friendly and feels very safe. If you are looking for a quiet place and lots of space, a pool, and spectacular views of the ocean close to Nice, it is hard to beat and the host is fabulous too!

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

Tout était parfait : le logement était très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour (notamment une cuisine très bien équipée). Située dans un quartier résidentiel, la maison est au calme tout en étant proche des commerces (moins de 5 min à pied) et de la plage (moins de 10 min à pied). Geoffroy est très sympathique avec des petites attentions à destination des hôtes appréciables. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

We loved our stay in Pascals rooftop apartment. It was at the top of 100 steps but it was so worth the climb. Very light and airy and a fabulous balcony where we ate breakfast. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet over night and so close to the beach and many shops, the daily market and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

L'appartement de Florian se situe sur les hauteurs de St Raphaël et proche d'un centre commercial. Il est très lumineux, très propre et correspond parfaitement aux photos. La résidence est également très calme.

On a logé dans l appart de Fabio du 17 au 22 avril. A notre arrivée il y avait le co-host Cyril qui a été très gentil et disponible comme aussi l'autre co-host Laure qui nous a donnée plusieurs infos pour nous aider à mieux découvrir et apprécier Antibes. On a passé un super séjour! L appart est comme dans la description et dans les photos: propre, ordonné et très lumineux. Il y a une super vue! On rejoint facilement à pied les plages de Juan le Pins en environs 5 minutes et il y a un Intermarché très proche. En plus c'est l'endroit idéal pour qui comme nous a des enfants car il y a des aires jeux très proches. Logement très conseillé. On retournera avec plaisir!

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

Séjour très agréable, très bien placé pour se déplacer facilement. La communication avec l’hôte était parfaite et très réactive. Merci à elle pour tout, je recommande ce logement.

Tres bon emplacement et tres bon logement avec piscine dans la maison et climatisation.

Logement très bien situé et propre. Supermarché, restaurants, tramway, tout est à proximité. De plus, la vue de la terrasse est très jolie, je recommande !

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Apparemment irréprochable pour se sentir comme chez soi, on a passé un très bon week-end avec une vue sur la mer, Wendy a été réactif avec une super communication.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Un séjour parfait à Nice ! La maison est située sur une belle colline avec une vue magnifique, au calme, idéale pour se détendre. Le logement était propre, confortable et bien équipé. Un grand merci à mon hôte, extrêmement gentille, chaleureuse et toujours disponible. Tout est facilement accessible en bus ou à pied, à condition d’être à l’aise avec la marche. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Stephane, l’appartement est sublime, situé , dans un cadre verdoyant, avec des prestations haut de gamme. Hyper silencieux idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée d’escapade. Idéalement situé vous êtes à quelques minutes en voiture du centre ville de Saint Raphaël . Nous sommes restés une petite semaine et avons pris la route côtière pour nous rendre à Nice et Monaco , quel plaisir , des paysages à couper le souffle , il n’y a pas à dire le Var est le plus beau département de France 😍😍 Nous remercions chaleureusement Stéphane pour la qualité de nos échanges et la bienveillance accordée à nos deux compagnons à 4 pattes qui nous accompagnent lors de nos vacances. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Stéphane pour profiter de la belle piscine 👍

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Amria. L'appartement est situé proches des commerces, de la plage ou même du vieil Antibes. Amria est une hôte disponible, réactive et de bons conseils. Je recomande vivement de séjourner chez Amria pour un séjour à Antibes.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.
