A wonderful house with a stunning sea view, fully equipped with accessories and amenities. Florian was always very attentive and quick to respond. We felt at home right away, very tidy, well-furnished, and clean. Highly recommended :)

Superbe séjour de 12 jours dans le logement de Thomas qui est très bien agencé . Si on recherche le calme c est ici qu il faut venir. Voisinage super sympathique. Une adresse à retenir et à recommander

logement idéalement situé pour visiter le cap Corse. la maison est très jolie , agréable, très propre et très bien equipée. les lits sont confortables. une grande terrasse avec vue sur mer. Fréderic est très accueillant et très réactif. On peut le joindre si problème et et se déplace volontiers. ( allumage du barbecue à gaz.) il est de bons conseils pour explorer le cap et ses circuits touristiques . Un très belle adresse.

L’appartamento è come lo vedete in foto, forse l’unica pecca è il bagno che in due si sta un po’ stretti ma del resto tutto perfetto. Grazie ancora e alla prossima!

Heerlijk huis, alles is er en de locatie is perfect. Zeer smaakvol ingericht en zeker als je van kokkerellen houdt: complete keuken. De verse markt (zaterdag en zondag) om de hoek dus je kunt je uitleven. En anders zijn er talloze restaurants op kruipafstand. De host is super attent en reageert snel. Aanrader!

Appartamento corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione riportata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: l'appartamento e' decisamente spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort. L'arredamento e' molto moderno. La pulizia impeccabile. La posizione e' strategica: in meno di un minuto a piedi ci si ritrova nella via principale del centro di Castiglione con numerosi negozi e ristoranti (un consiglio: prenotare sempre per tempo perché si rischia di rimanere senza cena! Noi siamo stati a Castiglione nella settimana di ferragosto e senza prenotare si faceva fatica a trovare posto anche in tarda serata). In pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sul lungomare dove ci sono numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari ma anche numerose spiagge libere. Davanti all'appartamento il supermercato e' comodissimo! Niccolò e Daniela si sono dimostrati sempre gentili e super disponibili: ringraziamo in particolar modo Daniela per tutte le dritte che ci ha dato!!!! Sconsigliato!

L’appartement est superbe et la vue incroyable. L’hôte a été très à l’écoute et nous avons eu droit à de très gentilles attentions. Je recommande sans hésiter!!

Un accueil souriant et chaleureux de la part d'Angélina (qui est aussi très reactive) . L'hébergement est propre, moderne, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. Un espace privée extérieur pour le petit-déjeuner, le barbecue ou pour profiter des rayons du soleil... bref, de quoi passer un excellent séjour, le tout proche de Bastia et des commodités...on recommande.

There aren't enough stars to rate Casa del Capitano this was our second stay and we live in the state of Washington USA, it's a bit of a jaunt to get there but it is sooooo worth it!!!! It's not just a place to stay, it's an experience of a lifetime. Michael and Andrea have taken on an unimaginable task of turning this spot into something magical, truly there are not enough words to describe it. The view, the interior, the comfort, the added touches are extraordinary, the sauna, the spa, are beyond perfect and did I mention the view....absolutely breathtaking!!!! The town with the most charming restaurants is the best, we planned our 4 week trip so that we ended with Elba, Monte Grosso and its incredible hosts, it was hard to leave but God willing we will return someday soon...xo D&D

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Posizione splendida sopra una delle più belle spiagge della zona con accesso tramite una strada asfaltata direttamente alla Padulella. Ampi spazi interni ed esterni ! Assolutamente perfetta .

Beautiful villa, everything is thought out to the detail, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Florian is always available for any question. Not the most picturesque beach within walking distance, but if you have a car this is not a problem, there are many beautiful places nearby. Great cost for money.

Logement propre, magnifique autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Bonne literie. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour jusqu'au serviettes de toilettes brodées du nom de la maison. Très bon accueil et réactif lors des appels. Proximité d'une grande surface à Ghisonaccia ( environ 15 minutes en voiture) Petite chose à savoir : pour l'avion privilégier l'aéroport de Bastia car la maison est à environ 2h en voiture d'Ajaccio. Une petite chose à améliorer : problème d'eau chaude au niveau le plus bas de la maison. Peut être rajouter un cumulus plus grand ou un autre cumulus. En tout cas merci pour cette semaine passée à 14 dans votre maison.

Laura ist ein wunderbarer, liebevoller Host. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben - sehr sauber, sehr zentral, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 🙂

The location is excellent! Right across the street from train station. All restaurants, shopping and local attractions are literally just steps from the apartment. And, it’s very quiet and peaceful at night. Super safe!!

Wir haben bei Massimo 10 wunderschöne Tage in einer tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles was man braucht und mehr als erwartet war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist einzigartig. Zur wunderschönen Fussgängerzone mit vielen Geachäften und Restaurants sind es nur ca 20 Meter. Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber und Mensch.. Man merkt wie sehr er sein Business liebt! Er ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer da wenn man Fragen hat. Direkt nebenan findet man 2 sehr schöne, kleine und einzigartige Bistrots mit tollen Wirten die einem eine gute Zeit bereiten mit leckeren Speisen und guten Getränken bereiten. Danke!!!! Danke!!!!

L’appartamento di Josette ti rimette in pace con il mondo, è immerso nella natura e non si sente alcun rumore. L’alloggio è pulito ed ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole. Nei dintorni ci sono molte cantine dove poter acquistare vino e Bastia è a soli 20 minuti di auto. Spero di tornare presto qui a casa di Josette (che tra l’altro è carinissima) e a Patrimonio.

L'appartamento è situato nella zona pedonale ed è molto carino e curato. è facilmente raggiungibile e le istruzioni molto semplici. Inoltre nei dintorni ci sono degli ottimi posti in cui mangiare o bere del buon vino. Paola è molto reattiva ed è stata molto carina a suggerire dei ristoranti.

Vacanza di pochi giorni tra capodanno ed Epifania. Villa sul mare presso Marciana Marina (Elba), con stupenda vista su golfo di Procchio e Capo Enfola. Posizione molto bella. Ovviamente nel periodo invernale non si può godere di molto sole e luce e gli spazi esterni, molto ben organizzati, non possono essere utilizzati appieno. L'appartamento (parte della casa) è comodo per 6 persone (eravamo 4 adulti e due ragazzini oltre alla nostra beagle), ben strutturato, molto ben tenuto e recentemente rinfrescato e aggiornato con tre split per aria fredda e calda. La stufa a pellet funziona benissimo . Ambienti pulitissimi, cucina bella e ottimamente attrezzata (non abbiamo portato nulla da casa). Letti di buona qualità. Due bagni sufficienti per 6 persone. Comodo archeggio e molta, molta simpatia e disponibilità da parte dell'host e dei suoi parenti. Nessun problema di rumori o disturbi. Tutto perfetto e come da annuncio. Grazie Francesco. Spero di tornare in estate.

Soggiorno a Punta Ala stupendo, l’appartamento era come da descrizione: funzionale, rinnovato con gusto e a pochi gradini dal porto di Punta Ala, in un contesto residenziale davvero tranquillo e ben tenuto. La veranda era davvero godibile. Lucia è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni caso. È stato davvero un piacere, speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo.
