The Bothy is an authentic, traditional Highland dwelling, carefully restored to preserve its original features and character while providing essential facilities, warmth and comfort. A farmyard location in the midst of our highland home and in the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, at the foot of the famous Schiehallion. Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

The Shepherds Hut with Private Hot Tub

This is no ordinary shepherds hut with its very own log burner hot tub on the private deck overlooking the burn and woodlands. Inside, the living area has a well equipped kitchenette, arm chairs, drop down table and a large king size bed. It also has a spacious shower. You will also have access to the fire pit, complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, canoe and rowing boat during your stay. Single night stays are subject to a £35 supplement which will be added to your reservation after you book.

The Bolthole is self-contained, luxuriously comfortable, beautiful, quirky and pet friendly. Nestled on the hillside of the market town of Aberfeldy, within easy walking distance of the centre, this peaceful guest suite offers a unique space to unwind and relax away from the crowd. Enjoy woodland walks direct from the garden gate, take a long soak in the en-suite’s enormous bath-tub built for two. Cosy up on the sofa with a good book or sit in the garden by the fire & BBQ, watching the sun set.

The Hayloft is one of our newly built luxury lodges situated amongst some of the most stunning countryside in Highland Perthshire. Each log cabin has its own private hot tub & balcony with barbecue area over looking the hills. Having travelled extensively in a previous life and taken great pleasure in meeting people from all walks, I have specifically tried to make this wee cabin as comfortable as possible with the things that matter the most when you are travelling, a fabulous shower, an ultra comfortable bed and a lovely big TV, all the rest is a bonus and aimed at making your stay as stress free as possible. Toradh ("To-rigg"), our beautifully constructed hand-built cabin is located on our working croft, 2 miles north of Spean Bridge, 11 miles north of Fort William. It is set in its own fully enclosed garden with stunning views over the Grey Corries, Ben Nevis & Aonach Mor. The cabin can sleep up to 4 guests in a kingsize bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen within the cabin and a spacious shed with laundry facilities to the exterior.
