Wir genossen 4 Wochen Aufenthalt in der hellen Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer und ins Grüne. Die Betten waren bequem, das saubere Badezimmer etwas klein und in der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Internet war sehr schnell. Ab und zu gab es Stromausfälle, was aber in Puerto Rico üblich ist. Daniela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und reaktionsschnell. Empfehlenswert!

We loved staying at Costa Esmeralda. The host was very responsive and their home was spotless. The views are amazing and the home was very comfortable. Washer and dryer are a major plus. Highly recommend booking.

We had a arbnb that flooded 2 hrs after landing! We found Pedro’s place and he approved it within minutes and really helped us !! Really good guy

Our family had a wonderful spring break at this lovely condo overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful beach walks and lots of beach time with our kids at nearby swim and snorkeling spots. Location is excellent for exploring El Yunque National Forest and the beaches and trails in the region. This place had all we needed to make our time there magical. Christina and Mark were very responsive and helpful with lots of great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our recent stay in Puerto Rico was fantastic, thanks in large part to this wonderful Airbnb. The entire place was spotlessly clean, showcasing the host's exceptional attention to detail. With a toddler, a teenager, and two additional adults in our group, comfort was a priority, and this property delivered. The rooms were perfectly sized, giving each of us enough space to relax without feeling overcrowded. Working remotely, I needed a stable internet connection, and I was impressed by the reliability—it handled my Zoom calls seamlessly, ensuring clear audio and video. The location is a dream for beach lovers, right in front of the ocean, and we enjoyed the convenience of having several restaurants just a short walk away. The security at the property was reassuring; the guards were always attentive and supportive. This stay made our trip to Puerto Rico truly memorable!

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

We absolutely loved this space!! Easy to find and we felt safe and secure. When you first pull up, you can tell they are remodeling and painting the exterior of the buildings. When you walk into the space, it is nice and clean, organized and spacious. There is an AC unit in every room as well as in the main living area. Kesil thought of everything a guest would need away from home, including a first aid kit. The ferry terminal to visit the other islands is only 10 minutes away, which was great being that while visiting Vieques the entire island of Puerto Rico lost power. The drive from the ferry dock to the apartment was a smooth pleasant drive. During this time Kesil kept us informed of the outage. In the apartment, she provided solar power lanterns, which was great to have while in the apartment. We slept with bedroom windows open and power was back the next day. Thanks for such a great experience. When I visit Puerto Rico again I will definitely book with Kesil.

Casa Luz is a very well appointed apartment in Fajardo near many beaches and marinas. It was very comfortable and felt like home. The 3 bedrooms were spacious. There were beach items for use along with many other things you may not have remembered to bring. The balcony was lovely to sit on in the morning but also at night to see the various chartered boats coming back in for the day. We had a great time and would recommend Casa Luz to friends looking to stay in Fajardo.

Our stay at Ovidio’s place was spectacular. The condo itself is incredibly well appointed and comfortable. The condo complex is also spotless and comfortable. It is very secure with a 24/7 guard at the gate. The pools are top notch and the gym is really excellent for a condo complex. There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance which is really nice. The complex is quiet as can be as well. During the famed power outage on new years the backup generators kicked right on and we didn’t skip a beat. While other parts of the island were blacked out we were comfortable as could be. You’d be doing yourself a disservice to stay anywhere else! We can’t wait to visit again.

This place is truly paradise. It has ALL the comforts of home with an AMAZING view, and incredible amenities. The condo was spotless! The complex is top notch! SAFE! So much to do and see! The location is fantastic! The host was amazing at giving recommendations prior to our stay! We never needed to contact them during our entire stay…we were too busy enjoying PR! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back! 5+ Stars!

The place was perfect for our island vacation. We had two adults and 4 teenagers and the space worked well. The facility was very secure and the views of the ocean and marina were so great. We loved drinking our coffee on the patio in the morning and enjoying the view. The beach chairs were great to use. The complex was nice and the pools were relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay. The communication was great and Gisselle walked us through any issues we had. The property is well spread out and our family of 6 had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean. The balcony is massive. It has two furniture sets which allowed us to enjoy delicious PuertoRican coffee in view of distant islands of Vieques and Culebra. Our kids loved spending time at all 3 swimming pools. The location was a great place to be a hub. We visited Old San Juan, and about 30 min to El Yunque and Cieba ( ferry to Vieques & Culebra). The apartment was cool with AC in every room and ceiling fans. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment! Thank you Gisselle for making g our visit to Puerto Rico memorable! ❤️ 🇵🇷

We had a very nice stay at Mabellisa's place. Would recommend. Nice enclosed outdoor space for those with kids. Well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment at the Pena Mar complex. The apartment was spacious with lots of communal spaces on the main floor (indoor and outdoor dining tables & couches) and top floor (TV area, outdoor lounging & dining). The rooms were also spacious with room around each bed, including plenty of space to put or toddler's inflatable bed. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with ceramic & plastic plates (great for the littles), a rice cooker, and lots of pots and pans. Outside of the apartment, our kids loved the pools, including a shallow portion of the main pool and of course, the fast slide! We would recommend this apartment. The only negative was that upon arrival the lockbox was broken so we could not get the keys. The manager was proactive and had the security guard let us in while also sending someone to retrieve the keys, which we received about 90 minutes after our arrival. I don't think this is recurring and should only be a one off, but its out experience.

Gorgeous location with spectacular views.

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Enjoyed a 2 week stay recently at this lovely spot. Great 2 bedroom condo overlooking the tennis courts. Second floor with easy entrance and parking for one vehicle. The kitchen was well appointed with good pots and pans and good knives. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a lovely pond with a water fountain. Nice and quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable. The host responded to every question and request almost immediately. Would definitely stay again if returning to Palmas Del Mar.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Larry’s place in Luquillo! The location is absolutely perfect—just a one-minute walk to a stunning beach with both fun waves for surfing and a more relaxed spot for lounging and swimming. It was such a peaceful and beautiful area, and we loved being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The home itself is a great base for exploring the island. We did several day trips and found it super convenient to get around from Luquillo. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the abundance of fresh fruit around the property. We were hoping the guanábana would ripen while we were there, but it kept us guessing! My daughter especially loved checking for fresh eggs each morning—such a fun and unique touch to the experience. Overall, Larry is a fantastic host, and this place has a wonderful, laid-back vibe that made our trip to Puerto Rico really special. Highly recommend!

Staying at Alan’s house was truly a highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for—including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi. Alan was a fantastic host—communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He gave us great local recommendations and left gifts for my birthday in the house champagne, house slippers and face masks for me and my party of 6 to make us feel extra special. He also accommodated a late check out! The location was ideal too—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, don’t hesitate—book Alan’s place. We’d come back in a heartbeat!
