We stayed over Christmas, including cooking the feast: the house had everything we needed, was warm, well-equipped and nicely furnished. Minor thing: I’m a big chap, and one of the three beds was, for my comfort, too short and much too soft (and creaky!) so I spent a couple of nights on the sofa sorting my back out (which was great and long enough for comfort!) but that was the only challenge: the rest of my family were very comfortable in their rooms and we had a truly great stay, really appreciated. Thank you!

What a beautiful house. All the rooms have been finished to a very high standard. Very clean and beds were very comfy. The kitchen area had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend it. I will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely stay at Ann’s house. We arrived to a generous welcome packet of essentials and snacks and two lovely bottles of Prosecco. The house is old with lots of character but the facilities are modern and work well. We stayed at the end of April but the pool was heated for us and we used it every day, we were thankful for the hot tub to warm up on the more overcast days! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plates and glasses for entertaining and the Aga and bbq worked well. If you have small children I would recommend bringing plastic crockery as there wasn’t much of that. We would definitely look to come back if we are in the area.

We had a great short break and the house was perfect and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. The hot tub was brilliant and the proactive emails, instructions and support from Rob were first class. Would definitely recommend.

This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, we took day trips to Salisbury, Cheltenham and Bath. All were within easy reach. Such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Homely & well-equipped. Note that to use the indoor pool you have to ring them or walk over at 10:30 in the morning to book a 1 hour slot for the next day. Would definitely recommend staying here. We are looking forward to coming back.

Jason was the perfect host. Great communication and the house was just great with all the touches of making sure our stay was as perfect as possible. It’s such a great base for being able to enjoy the surroundings. Our kids had the best time being able to use the estates facilities all as part of our stay at the cottage. Would definitely recommend.

We had a perfect Easter weekend stay! Jacqui was a fantastic host, friendly, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. The 2-bed accommodation was lovely: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the added bonus of a beautiful pool. It was also very dog-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring nearby Bath, Bristol, Wells, and Glastonbury. Would absolutely recommend and would love to return!

We've had a brilliant muti-generational family gathering for out first visit to this part of the Cotswolds and had a brilliant time. Your contact with us, the digital guide and the facilities at Lower Mill were brilliant- we have had a very memorable holiday and hope to return.

I like the location of the house slightly far away from main streets but easily reachable at the end of a close. It’s quiet and private. The house was clean and matched all the pictures as well as descriptions. Perfect for a big party with kids. Kitchen is fully equipped and full of necessities. Linda and Nigel were friendly and helpful. Flexible on our late check-out request. Very responsive and proactive in our communication before and during the stay. Highly recommended accommodation.

Another excellent and comfortable stay at Sandys cabin! As my previous review, the bed is the real selling point! The cabin location is also very peaceful and parking easy to find outside! Great location for when I go to Glenside for my uni course :) Sandy also a great host, making sure everything you need is available

Beautiful large room, full of character, spotless, comfortable and classy. lovely area, fantastic host, amazing cafes, bars and restaurants close by… Will return! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I come again to Bristol.

We rented Anna's Airbnb during one month before permanently moving to Bristol and felt right at home there. The apartment is very cozy and welcoming, it was everything like the description and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed that everything was easy and also that there was a small outside court behind that we could use to safely store our bikes. It is right next to a nice path, which is easy to go in or out of the city and to go for a jog. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Jayne communicated well, there was an issue with the bathroom that was spotted by her cleaner, and solved on the day. The lockbox can be a bit temperamental but otherwise the check-in is very easy, the studio is practical and clean, with nice touches like tea & coffee.

Fantastic stay, chancel was lovely and very homely. Great location and easy to access, very proactive host.
