Lovely clean and very warm property,only downside was mattresses in 2 smaller rooms were awful and for people of our age the tv needed a university degree to work it out,fortunately we were visiting family who came and sorted it out for us

The place and area was lovely with a shop less than a minute walk from the door and walkable beach access. The host was super friendly and gave us a great recommendation that came in super handy. Couldn't recommend the host more 👍

Thank you Sue for letting us stay in your lovely Airbnb. You have decorated the space beautifully and with much thought. We felt very comfortable there.. My husband especially liked the quirky stairs... For us it was very convenient having our relations close by, but it is also close to the countryside and sea in equal measure. Sue was also very accommodating letting us stay an extra couple of hours, allowing us to attend a family lunch..

Lovely barn cottage, great views, hidden away, nice walks to local areas and local pubs. loved the log fire as well, would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beth’s house was really nice and clean! The neighbors in the surrounding houses were really friendly too!

Great refurbished house, easy to find and located perfectly for the beach. Good road links to nearby places to visit. House was a great size for our family of 5 and a dog. Host was helpful and responsive. We would happily stay again next time we're staying in the area.

A wonderful 5 🌟 stay. All correspondence was easy and prompt. Easy access by key box to property; nothing was any trouble for the owners who live on site. The apartment is right on trend with great equipment and comfy seating plus a neat table and chairs for eating meals. Throws and cushions enhance the comfort and look of the plush leather settee; plenty of utensils and crockery are all matching. Lighting is excellent throughout the flat. A beautiful bath in addition to a good sized shower and sumptuous towels in the bathroom The bedroom has good storage including a little walk- in wardrobe which also housed ironing board etc. the bed linen was of good quality and spare pillows available. The property is so peaceful; lovely views from windows; the grounds are pretty and a few playthings for children set up in a nice grassy area. Plenty of parking and night lights for coming home late. A brilliant stay and we would highly recommend this roomy apartment.

Karen was really helpful and friendly. My grandchildren absolutely loved this apartment, their favourite of three weeks have used in Porthcawl. The bathroom is spectacular, the lounge was spacious and warm and the kitchen was new and provided everything. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location! Walk to the beach in minutes and straight onto the coastal walk. The view from Tims first floor apartment is hard to beat! Totally unspoilt; overlooks the golf course and out to sea. Beautiful. And if surfing is your thing it has an amazing surf club nearby with items to hire, lessons & a cool cafe just mins away. A short drive or half an hour flat walk into town for shops/pubs/ supermarket etc. Building itself has a good lift right outside the flat. Note there is a fair walk needed to carry bags from the car. We found it easier / shorter to park at the back of the building and wheel our luggage through the open courtyard (rather than parking by the main entrance gate). We would highly recommend and love to return.

Thank you for the Prosecco and the food items left for us, gratefully received. Location was within easy reach of the town and the seafront. The apartment was clean and had nice finishing touches.

Very proactive landlady, nothing was too much trouble, quick responses to queries regarding accessibility and availability, the best Airbnb host we have encountered! We will definitely come back again! Apartment was spotless and clean, tidy and comfortable!

Amazing place. The rooms are clean and big, and furnitures are great. The environment is beautiful and the seaside looks brilliant. The staff Beth is very friendly and sorted our issues immediately. Definitely 5 star recommend!

Just back from staying at this wonderful apartment. The location is perfect - fantastic views over Rest Bay and the most incredible sunsets. The place was spotlessly clean and stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back soon.

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

Our stay was great. Ideally located for local amenities, including the fair, shops and places to eat and drink. The apartment is small, but decorated beautifully and is lovely and clean with all the necessary amenities. Nerys was a perfect host, from getting straight back to me to confirm my booking despite it being late at night, to confirming check-in details and thanking us for our stay. Great apartment with amazing views of Rest Bay & coast from the terrace and bedrooms. This place is even better than the photos! Spacious & homely for our family of 4 plus dog and furnished to a very high standard, with everything you could possibly need. We were fortunate with the weather & enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the sunshine with the most amazing view of the beach.

A wonderful few days home from home. The place is amazing- has everything for a comfortable stay. 3 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the town. A perfect place to relax in a peaceful location. Instructions to get in and use anything were spot on. Would certainly come back to the area and book this place again.

Spotlessly clean. Convenient town centre location. Close to shops and restaurants. Short walk to sea front and beaches. Just right for a weekend away in February.
