Nice place and I enjoyed my stay. Even extended it for 2 extra weeks. The host was very responsive and understanding.

I needed a place for my parents to stay between selling their home and their new place being ready. The accommodations of Dee's units were perfect for that. Due to some unforeseen delays, I kept having to extend their stay. Dee was wonderful to work with in doing that. A big thanks to her for all she did during this time.

Great spot- a tad on the smaller side, but not problematic at all. Very clean, very comfortable, and host was very easy to reach

Staying at Seth’s place was exactly the experience AirBnB was established to achieve; a generous and friendly host wanting to share their property with travelers needing a place to stay. We messaged Seth after the place we were staying flooded and he went immediately over to his property to make sure it was ready for an early check in for us a couple of hours later. The property is furnished with all the details a traveler needs, to include fully furnished kitchen, (with coffee:) ) washer and dryer, hair dryer, and even an ironing board and iron (which surprisingly I needed). We were too busy to play ping pong, but will do so on our next stay. We have family in Des Moines and are thrilled to have found Seth. Would recommend his property without hesitation!

The house was spotless and spacious, with three large bedrooms. The dining room, living room, and kitchen were also spacious, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was nice to have access to a large garage, also. We hope to return in June.

The inside of the condo is lovely and has some comfortable extra touches. The value and comfort far exceeds any hotel in the area.

Highly recommend this if you are staying in Ames, Des Moines, Ankeny. Close to the interstate to quickly get to other local areas and different parts of Ankeny. Very clean and comfortable. We could relax in the living room watching the large TV with streaming services; had a desk and table space to work with our laptops; the kitchen had all utensils and housewares needed; main bathroom had ample counter & drawer space and sufficient shower/tub water pressure. Very safe, secure and quiet neighborhood with assigned parking very near the condo door. Clear directions for easy entry.
