Very nice cozy place, nice neighborhood near branch brook park (the one with all the cherry blossoms in April). Inside of home is very nice and clean. Bathroom was great and tv in room was appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you for letting us stay at your place—our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. I stayed with my family including (3 kids) and the place was spacious and comfortable for us, the house was very clean and well-organized, which my family and I truly appreciated, it was their first time in this country for my cousins and they had a great time they visited the park, the mall and surrounding areas that are relatively close to the area where the Airbnb is located and very walkable. We really appreciate your hospitality. Thanks again!

My family and I ....which included 2 toddlers (4&5) stayed here for a few days around the Easter holiday for a mini staycation. We had a phenomenal time. The Frozen themed room....well my girls wanted to pack it up and take it with them. Miss Margaret was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and had all the list of amenities and if you needed something Margaret was on top of it she is very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here and my family and I will surely be back if she'll have us 🙂

ELEANOR WAS THE BEST HOST EVER!!The house was very clean,easy to find very safe neighborhood.She helped me a lot when it came to asking numerous questions I had about travel and how to get around.she also made sure I had some snacks for when I arrived.Very thoughtful of her. My only complaint was the neighbors above us. They were super loud all through the night (almost thought they were tap dancers) because they were so loud. I honestly don’t think they sleep at all! It was very loud through out the day and night.. if you don’t mind the loudness then you will be okay! But other than that it was a terrific stay..and Eleanor was absolutely wonderful 🩷

Très belle maison dans un quartier résidentiel très calme avec une vue sur Manhattan au bout de la rue au top ! La maison est spacieuse et très confortable. Il y a des bus direct pour New York en 15 min sans bouchon en plein centre vers Times Square et même s il fallait acheter des billets à l unité pour ces bus (on est dans le New Jersey) cela revient bien moins cher qu’un logement à New York ! A refaire si on revient à New York

An amazing host, extremely communicative and responsive, and the place is great!

I had a fantastic stay with Brynda. I felt very welcome. Brynda is a very warm, open, communicative and positive person, we had great conversations on the balcony in the evening during the sunset. This is really one of the highlights of the apartment, you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and end the day in the evening and watch the sunset. In the vicinity there are countless shopping opportunities for daily needs, there are many train stops within walking distance so that you are super connected. If you plan to go to New York, I think you should definitely take the chance to stay with Brynda, she really sweetened my stay and she was a great hostess. I will definitely come back!

The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Faye was so kind (brought a gift for my granddaughter), dropped off extra blankets in case we needed them and was very responsive. Just a really great host. I would definitely stay there again.

Lisa's place was a great home-base for the weekend. The house was very convienently located relative to our destinations in the area, yet still very private and quiet. Lisa's communication was outstanding, both in advance of our travel and during our stay.

We were excited about revisiting this part of NY state, but we had no idea how much we would truly enjoy our vacation. We usually celebrate our son’s bday in the city or Brooklyn, but chose the Hudson Valley this year for a more relaxing vibe and boy, did we get it. We loved exploring the neighboring towns, farm stands and markets, but our favorite part was returning to Louise’s beautiful home. The pool area is a treat and right off the kitchen, so you never feel far away from the fun when cooking. The bedrooms were airy and cool and comfy (we came during a heat wave) and we all slept so well! There are so many cozy spots in the house that made reading, movies and dining a pleasure. We seriously took notes about how to improve our living situation, it was that well-appointed. The open field in the back was the perfect place to walk in the morning and throw the ball for our dog. And fireflies every night! Even our dog didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back. The perfect host, too

It was a nice peaceful place and clean. I felt like I was home. Mario was very responsive and such a great host. If we needed anything he got right to it. The theater room was great to use!! The area was great very quiet! Thank you Mario for hosting us!

We / family had a great time together- this house has spaces large enough for many to congregate in comfortably thus making it easy for us to enjoy- found the host super attentive but didn’t utilize him due to our knowledge on things or simply being easier for to manage- because this house is set up well and conveniently located tends to always get booked - however I did suggest to the host - that the house itself needs a a few days off, maybe a week, for a slight face lift / some TLC inside and out - maintaining the property to it potential vs allowing the overall space to deteriorate to levels below premium status. Perhaps after my stay, specific points shared or maybe after the next renter, the host / owners take full inventory of the condition of the house & give well deserved time to bring the property to prestigious status and full potential.

THIS A THE PERFECT PLACE FOR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN. LOTS OF ACTIVITY FOR CHILDREN, CLEAN, CONVENIENT, AND COMFORTABLE. I WOULD RENT THIS PLACE ALL OVER AGAIN IF NEED BE.

The place was peaceful and quiet. The layout of the house was great. Plenty of space for kids to play. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly recommend the place. It’s is 10 mins drive away from American Dream water park.

Mi estancia con Tako , por un dia , fue de lo mas Agradable, desde el momento que llegue Tako se mostro siempre Amable y dispuesta a ayudar con cualquier inquietud, su departamento es muy bonito y me gustó el Área que le dedica a la Música y a ser Dj, en dónde pude apreciar su buen Gusto por la Musica y su colección de Discos , al igual que sus 2 Gatitas que fueron muy amigables, si tuviera que ir nuevamente ya sea por un concierto o por otras razones, definitivamente elegiría éste lugar para quedarme de nuevo, Gracias por Hospedarme durante una noche!

Firstly, the place is reasonably close to the PATH station by walking (~10mins), which then will get you to NYC in less than 15mins by PATH. The surrounding area is very lively even until night. Not loud, but alive in a good way. Not dodgy and all. Restaurants and CVS are just right around the corner. The house and amenities are clean, very well maintained. The room is as pictured. Not too big, but i would say it’s enough. Bathroom is exceptionally clean. Pranay is super nice and very responsive. He’s very reasonable and a great host. Lastly, i feel that we get what we paid for. It’s very reasonable, not overpriced. Very simple and straightforward. So yeah, we’re satisfied with everything. Thanks for hosting us.

Un séjour parfait, je recommande les yeux fermés ! J’ai passé un excellent moment dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description. L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable, très bien équipé, et décoré avec goût. Le lit était confortable, la literie de qualité. L’emplacement est idéal : calme mais proche de tout, avec commerces et transports à proximité. Et surtout, l’hôte a été d’une grande gentillesse, très réactive et attentionnée tout au long du séjour. Tout est très bien indiqué pour rejoindre New York en très peu de temps. C’est avec plaisir que je reviendrai si l’occasion se présente. Merci encore pour cette belle parenthèse !

Tako’s NYC apartment is a comfortable and beautiful space. The room had plenty of daylight and fresh air. The common areas are cozy with some nice furniture, and are touched with Tako’s hobbies like music and arts. It’s filled with skylights in the day, and mood lighting at night. I felt comfortable and welcomed, like staying with an old friend from college. Tako is also a very accommodating host, and will answer any questions and requests, and will also offer a cup of coffee or tea! The bed-stuy neighborhood in Brooklyn is charming and homey. It’s a working-class neighborhood, so it’s nice if you want to be less touristy or want a more “authentic New Yorker” experience. The subways are about a 15 minute walk in either direction: G to the west, and M J Z to the east. Citibike is on the nearest corner.
