Sophia and her family made us feel comfortable,safe and always a pleasure to talk with. Accommodations were just what we needed. A bright and multipurpose kitchen made it easy to make family meals after a long outing. An amazing Washer and Dryer Her spacious cozy bedrooms helped us to finish the day off with contentment. I highly recommend making the choice to stay at Sophia’s and her family’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Right next to John Hopkins Hospital. 🏥

I had a great stay at Addisu’s place! The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully updated with modern features. Addisu was a responsive and accommodating host, especially with check-in and check-out times. The location, right next to Walmart and the free parking available are great perks! The neighborhood reflects the area’s affordability, with occasional noise at night due to police sirens, but nothing that made me feel unsafe. Overall, an excellent value for D.C.

I enjoyed Paula’s place. It’s quite big and just a few blocks away from one of my favorite downtown restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The parking spot was clutch — most other spots don’t offer this and so you have to pay for a garage. Paula was super sweet and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul and Erma's place. It had all that we needed for a weekend get away. It was close to our destination and was perfect for just relaxing when we got back. We would definitely stay here again.

Emily and Charlene’ place was perfect for us, a retired couple on our first tour of DC. Neighborhood was quiet, friendly and safe. Apartment had all we needed. Easy access to Metro and bus service once we mastered how to use them. Emily and Charlene checked in with us several times by email and text. Can’t say enough about their place and our trip. We won’t forget how nice they were. If we get back to DC we plan on staying at their place! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Tom's place! Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We were able to take the bus downtown from a block away. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook up some breakfast. Finding and getting into the apartment was easy, Tom's instructions were very clear and sent in advance of our arrival.

Mary's place was everything we hoped it would be. It is historic, walking distance from a wide variety of stores, restaurants etc. in Havre de Grace's quaint downtown. We had a wonderful time and will schedule future getaways to HdG around the availability of this unit!

Check in was easy with a lock pad. Updated with clean kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to find and park. Friendly host. Would return and recommend to others.

New construction - everything was new and in good condition. The check-in was fine, only thing was that I had to google how to use the electronic door keypad and manual lockbox. Otherwise, a nice little cozy getaway in DC!

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

This was a great location to explore DC with our group of friends. It’s a short drive to the other areas of DC. There is are stores, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop/bakery nearby. The space is perfect for a small group. The beds re comfortable and the curtains block the light well. Fantastic shower in the upstairs bathroom. Great communication and details for all needs.

Celia's rental went beyond our expectations. The host was extremely accommodating regarding everything from the check-in process, snacks, visitor/tourist information to the simple check-out. The location could not have been better, which is one block from the Metro station and an easy walk to Capitol Hill. A beautiful neighborhood with a wide range of restaurants is within walking distance as well. Thanks again Celia!

We stayed here for one night while on a trip to Baltimore. The place was easy to find and clean and the host was responsive. As noted in other reviews, there is street noise in the living room. But that is expected when staying downtown and not in a high-rise. Another thing to note is the kitchen is downstairs and reached by narrow windy stairs. Again, nothing bad, but a little inconvenient. Finally, there is no bathroom on the main level. It was an excellent place to stay and we felt safe in the neighborhood with an easy walk to the inner harbor and stadiums. We would stay there again.

Perfect stay in DC with a view of the Capitol. Easy to reach, plenty of „free“ parking, plenty of space in the apartment and everything in walking distance. Liz was easy to chat with and flexible with check in/out. We will Come back for another DC visit.

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

We had an amazing stay.. the place was exactly as described and very close to all the main tourist spots . Great place to stay if you have young kids too.

Great location for our long weekend. We visited museums in DC, and watched a college sporting event in Fairfax Station. Central location made it great for our visit.

Lauren was very helpful and accommodating to all my request. I definitely would book with her in the future.
