Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

A really nice place for me and my family. Very clean and feels like home. My two young kids loved it. Close driving distance to Leicester centre and surrounding suburbs. Debra communicated well and was very responsive. Highly recommended!

This was a spacious home, with a well-fitted kitchen. We were surprised by Rumi's preference that we shouldn't consume alcohol on the premises, but we chose to honour and respect their request. Good location – we drove towards the city-centre but chose to park at De Montfort halls and enjoyed walking down New Walk into the centre. We enjoyed the Richard III exhibition, national space centre and Bradgate Park while we were in the area.

Great stay great host beautiful property will use again

Kit Provided more than the basic necessities: plenty of towels, spare pillows & blankets, basic seasonings, cooking & cleaning supplies. We were so comfortable & also just a walk away from the train station & a high street. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to book with Kit again!

We had a fantastic weekend at Lucy's place. Lucy and Stephen have thought of everything! There is a very handy flexible check-in process, and once you check in there are lots of clear instructions on how to use everything in the property. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay and the property has a comfy and spacious living/dining area. Both bedrooms had comfortable double beds and it was extremely helpful to have the two bathrooms, as well as a downstairs toilet. The property is in a really lovely setting in a quiet corner, so traffic noise is minimal. A really lovely stay to celebrate a family birthday - thank you so much!

The unit is as what was described! It is cosy and well furnished. Location wise it’s in the central city hence it’s convenient. Aj is very responsive and address all issues promptly. I would recommend Aj’s place!

great location for my week at BCU, right near a huge Morrisons and easy walking distance to Uni.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

The apartment was excellent. Spotless and very well decorated. Easy check in and out and overall an amazing stay. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the city centre which is very useful. The host made the effort to go out of his way to check up on us which was very pleasing. Would defiently recommend this apartment for anyone as this is the best air bnb experience I have ever had.

A brilliant night stay as a group visiting Leicester for a wedding. Everyone was extremely impressed with the decor and quality of the place overall. Mihir clearly takes great pride in The Studio and we would book again when visiting the area next!
