Great location. Close to shops and beach. Fantastic amenities, well supplied kitchen with cooking utensils. Everything needed for a family holiday.

We had a great stay and the house exceeded our expectations. The house was very well equipped and offered a perfect, spacious family home for our stay. It was close by to visit our family in Hampton over Christmas and we found it convenient having Highett shops, restaurants and train station within a five minute walk. Ashley is an excellent host and was very responsive to any messages. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely house. We really enjoyed staying here and had a wonderful family Australian holiday (from the UK).

Asmat and team were great hosts, they were quick to respond to communications and very helpful. The location of the house is fantastic, four minute walk to Moorabbin train station and close to shops. The house was spacious and comfortable for 5 people and a child. The house also has nice decking and outdoor furniture. Would highly recommend and would return here if available when we come back to Melbourne.

We had the most incredible stay! The home is even nicer than the pictures and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We really enjoyed the pool, the lovely backyard, the yummy cafe down the street and the local park. Plus, it was an easy tram ride into the city with lots of shops only a very short drive away. Kathryn was the best host, who was really responsive, kind and helpful throughout our stay. We are eager to book for next year!

This is a dream place to live, so spacious and uncluttered, yet also extremely well appointed, with everything you could wish for. The feeling of space walking in the door is amazing. We had fabulous weather and enjoyed the pool every day. The shopping village 5 mins walk away has all the shops you need, plus some lovely restaurants too. Jannett was a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming. Totally love this place.

Kieron's place had it all...plenty of room, lots to do, and easy parking. It's a lovely home and well equipped. The location is ideal as it's very nearby just about anything we needed. Thanks again for hosting us Kieron, we had a really nice time.

We had a wonderful stay at Ken and Jo’s property - a beautiful, comfortable, tastefully appointed, spacious and well equipped family home in Beaumaris. My family and I have stayed in multiple properties in Beaumaris and this one is by far the best. Highly recommend. Look no further if you’re after a comfortable, clean home in Bayside in a great location. It is close to the concourse, parks, beach, Southland shops and golf courses. We look forward to returning, thanks Jo!

Incredible apartment to enjoy Melbourne. I walked from Elwood and St Kilda to the city and enjoyed every minute. The best sunset in Melbourne is a short walk from the apartment over near Elwood Beach. Stunning. Great suburb with lovely shoos and great coffee. Had the best Acai bowl at Berry Good, coffee was great too. There's also a lovely bakery and heaps of cool cafes, there's even a Popcorn shop with an artisan twist. Can't wait to stay at Euans place again. It's great for those who love walking and jogging as St.Kilda is a lovely run along the water

We enjoyed our stay and felt the apartment was in a good location for amenities and railway station. Colm was also accommodating allowing us an extended checkout.

Incredible location. Only a few houses down from the beach. Walking distance to an abundance of beautiful shops and great restaurants/cafes. Very peaceful and quiet apartment block. Very easy to access, no stairs, super clean - couldn’t fault it. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Natasha’s place! The location was ideal as it was just next to the train station, grocery store and shops. She was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment was very cosy and equipped with everything we needed for our two week stay. We would 100% recommend staying here if you are visiting Melbourne.

We spent a week at this beach view place, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the bed was super comfortable, and the WiFi was fast enough for remote work.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything regarding our booking was clear and well communicated prior to our arrival. Our early check in was accommodated easily, and we were welcomed and shown around additional accessible facilities in the building. While we didn’t end up using the pool or outdoor area, we would definitely consider coming again at key times such as New Years for the amazing views. The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. One bedroom window whistled during a slightly windy evening, however, the sound didn’t last long. In all , we would recommend.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Claire's place is well located, across the road from Southern Cross Station and Skybus terminal. Great views too from the small balcony. The apartment was very clean and matched the photos, and Clair was very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment complex has an indoor swimming pool, gym, and climbing wall, which we utilised. Although a little smaller than I'd hoped, with no room for a dining table, I was very pleased with the apartment, and it has a great central location for visiting Melbourne. Highly recommended.
