My family and I had a great stay during our spring break. We had our 3 kids (ages 2, 7, and 12) and they absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Several beaches nearby on Anna Maria Island. We will definitely be back and our kids already want us to plan our next vacay here. Thanks Jen and Brittany 💕

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Kathleen thought about everything! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The property is recently renovated so a lot of things were new. The location was great and the house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. One thing to note is that one room has thick curtains instead of a door. It wasn’t a problem for us, but just mentioning it so people are aware. Would definitely consider booking Red Door Siesta again!

This home is perfectly located for all beach and ocean activity. It was extremely convenient to our activities. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and yet an easy walk to many activities, restaurants, shopping. The interior of the home has been freshly done and was easy to use. The pool was especially perfect for our family’s use. It was a delightful home in all regards.

Très belle location spacieuse avec 4 vrais chambres, très propre, calme et bien située proche des commerces et de la plage. Nombreuses prestations (serviettes de bain, produits ménagers, condiments, ...) disponibles et fortement appréciés pour cette location. Dung a été très communicant, serviable et très réactif. A recommander sans hésiter.

Danielle was so responsive and her house was so cute! It was perfect for me and my friends to relax after going to the beach.

Very nice place. Felt at home. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and to the bay.

Overall, beautiful place 😍 The pool and the hot tub were the best parts. Andrew was also very responsive. There was a bit of debris coming out of the air conditioner onto the bed but Andrew gave us access to clean blankets right away. All beds were comfy, the sofa was comfy, and access to the washing machines made the entire stay comfy. Highly recommend booking this place with Andrew. Only downside is we didn’t extend our stay for longer.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here for a week. Place was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. This place is right outside Downtown Sarasota and only about 15 minutes from Siesta Keys. Lisa was a great host. If ever back in Sarasota we would definitely stay here again.

Natalia’s apartment was perfect for our girls weekend to St. Pete! Her place is absolutely stunning with gorgeous details and thoughtful touches. The outdoor patio is super cute and peaceful. The beds are comfortable and the linens are pristine. Kind of wished there was a bigger couch in the living room but not a deal breaker. Natalia’s place is conveniently located about a 10 min drive to St. Pete beach! Some helpful tips - Bring your own laundry detergent if you wish to use the washer/dryer. Walk to Scooters coffee across the street and enjoy it on Natalias back patio. Walk to Publix for a pub sub, pack a cooler with drinks and take the Sun Runner bus to the beach for less than $3. Bring your own beach chair or rent 2 chairs + an umbrella on the beach for $50 all day. At night head down town. DTSP is a 15-20 min uber ride from Natalia’s! Would high recommend staying here and plan to come back again!

Wirklich ein tolles Apartment, indem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alles war sehr sauber und es ist wirklich nur ein kurzer Weg über die Straße bis zum Strand. Debra war sehr hilfsbereit bei dem Checkout. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Every detail was attended to right down to the fresh smell of the pillows!! She had snacks, water bottles and more importantly, ice! And it was not freezer burned, who knows how long it was there ice. Cute little coffee shop about a minute walk right behind the apartment. Convenient off street parking; quiet, safe & secure. Marilyn was very quick to respond to all communication from booking to good-bye. She was quite gracious letting me check in early. Her place is a short drive Treasure Island beach and even shorter to downtown St. Pete activities. Definitely highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

The location is walking distance to so many restaurants downtown! Pool is beautiful and refreshing. This is our second stay at Bold Lofts and would highly recommend!

Dan and Charles place was perfect in every way! We cannot say enough about their place and them! Location couldn’t have been any better. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for 3 years now and this place was at the top of our list.Don't hesitate, book it now!

The location was perfect, apartment was very clean and spotless . It’s was easy check in .Location was very closed to everywhere middle of Tampa .We enjoyed exploring the area .l can highly recommend to Edgar places .

The bed was SUPER comfortable! (which is VERY impt.) From the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, , bikes you couldn't ask for anything more. The beach wasn't far and all of the information given was spot on. I looked at a lot of AIRBNBs and this one by far reached my greatest expectations! Theres so much to say about this wonderful place. Yana was super nice and accommodating in any questions we had. We will surely go back again! Thank you for a wonderful get away!

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Great condo! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, wonderful location! Host was responsive & helpful. Would love to stay here again!

Room 302. Elevator was still broke from hurricanes, but she told us. Partial ocean view. Laundry room down the hall was a little smelly. The king sized bed was very tall. Not sure my in laws could have made it, but we did. Only found 2 kitchen cloths. Close to bars, across from the ocean. We took trolley to Clearwater Great central location.

The ~Shore Thing~ is an absolute sure thing to have an amazing getaway in Treasure Island! Rachel does an AMAZING job to make the condo experience absolutely wonderful. We have stayed there 3 times and have already made plans to book again next Spring. The place is spotless, impeccably decorated, and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is perfect for home cooked meals and there a lots of great restaurants in St. Pete. Rachel is great to communicate with and makes checking in and out a breeze. We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!

The great things include plenty of parking, large pool, very friendly staff, well appointed rooms as far as amenities go. But the best part is that every room has a balcony facing the beach. No parking lot views for anyone! Check in is quick and seamless. In fact our room was ready early. Really the only negative is the appearance of the building is a bit generic. Plain white with no colourful highlights etc. But let’s face it, you can’t see the building from the inside. Lol. Place was spotless inside at check in. Laundry machines with pods included means no laundry to do when you get home as well!
