I had the most wonderful experience staying here! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Our host was absolutely fantastic — communicative, kind, and thoughtful, with great local recommendations and attention to every little detail that made the stay extra special. I especially appreciated the personal touches that made it feel so welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, stress-free stay. Lovely place. We were two couples who stayed in the Annex for a night. We were blessed with super weather so we saw it at its best, with lovely countryside views and the opportunity to eat our breakfast outside. The two separate rooms, each with en-suite and each with a small kitchen area suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, everything was super clean and there was plenty of space to park. A great spot a couple of miles from Malmesbury.

Hannah and George were super helpful, the house was characterful and has all that you need. It was lovely as a family reunion as there was plenty of space, and access to a garden and the toys was so appreciated.

This was the perfect place stay for our weekend in Bradford On-Avon! The lovely garden studio was exactly as described, with everything you needed and a short walk from the restaurants/shops/sights. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and so friendly, giving lots of local recommendations. Thank you so much, would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bradford On-Avon.

We stayed for 2 nights to explore some of the different villages in the Cotswold. This place suited us perfectly. The studio was very easy to find, in a lovely little village and was nice and quiet throughout the day & night. Hosts were great, and the local recommendations in the welcome book was a nice touch. The kitchen was great too, had everything you needed if you did want to stay in. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Would definitely recommend! ⭐️

Alan & Phyl’s property was comfortable and the location was in easy access of shops and restaurants/pubs. Friendly hosts who were very welcoming of my late check-in. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to stay with Beth. The place was beautiful and exceptionally well-kept. The best part was the location where you wake up inside a lovely rustic building surrounded by a beautiful farm. When we get a chance to go to the Cotswolds, we will go back there again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for calm after a day of exploring the Cotswolds and Bath.

A stunning peaceful historical Somerset country location! Many extra little touches to enhance the experience such as basic supply of fresh bread, jams, milk and eggs! 😊 Very private and cosy, and very convenient location wise for my purposes. An absolute must stay place to get away from it all! I hope to return again on my future travels! 😎

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Sarah and her husband's place in Bath. The property had everything we needed and matched the listing and photos perfectly. The views were absolutely stunning, and the free parking was a huge bonus. It was just a short walk to the town centre, which made exploring super convenient. The beautiful linens and luxury bath towels added a real touch of comfort and quality. Sarah and her husband were amazing hosts—friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating with check-in and check-out, going above and beyond, which was very much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bath and would happily stay again!

Such a lovely place to stay and to return to at the end of my busy days. Tina and Steve are so friendly and welcoming, the accommodation is immaculate and extremely comfortable with everything provided. The garden is delightful and I enjoyed my chats with Tina about her plants Nearby there is a wonderful plant nursery with such an array of plants. 100% better than regular garden centres and the lovely cafe provided me with delicious lunches each day. Looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful space and decorated to a really high standard. There is the noise from the busy road however it was still a really lovely cottage garden feel. It is a studio (one room and a bathroom ) which is mentioned however I would have valued a photo to reflect that. Definitely worth staying here!

James’s place is a beautiful little cottage tucked away in the countryside. Modern amenities and wonderfully kept, I had a great stay.

Lovely lady always helpful. Didn’t stay many hours so couldn’t give more of a higher rating but definitely did the job. Would recommend.

Very comfortable stay and so many added utensils for the evenings my daughter loved the bed and all the games and toys especially jenga. Special place to stay thanks. We would love to stay again

We could not have wished for a more relaxing break. Lovely to see Gay and Jonathan again, as welcoming and friendly as ever - you could not wish for better hosts. The studio is a joy to spend time in and is very well thought out and cared for. When we did tear ourselves away from it (it's so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in!) we easily filled our time with a variety of things to do from the doorstep. Exploring BoA itself: the Tithe Barn area and the area called Tory, with its great views and lovely gardens. We also did walks to Iford Manor, Freshford, and Limpley Stoke (great pub with imaginative menu and lovely outdoor space!). Canal and river walks so pleasant and easy. We had some lovely food out but also found it perfect for picking up bits and pieces locally (including a good Sainsbury's, which we walked to along the canal) when we decided to cook for ourselves. We have booked to come back, can't wait for our lovely little 'mini' break!

Have stayed here on numerous occasions now and it feels like home from home. Always immaculately clean on arrival. Private..comfortable..peaceful location. Perfectly located for visiting local historical monuments like Stonehenge..Salisbury Cathedral..Avenbury Stone Circle to name a few. Highly recommended host and stay

I extended my stay and really enjoyed my time here, it had everything I needed for a long stay and Donna and Neil were great hosts.

lovely escape. peaceful with fantastic walking straight from the door. can walk into Stroud along a peaceful country lane in c45mins. great pub short walk away. Caroline was a lovely responsive host. would definitely recommend.
