The Studio @ Cliff Lodge

The Studio is a self-contained space with a private entrance in the basement of our family home, a 10-min stroll from Bath train station and city centre. It has recently been completely refurbished. The open plan living/bedroom has a double bed, sofa, TV, wifi. There’s a shower room and small kitchen. It’s a cosy space most suited to those under 6 ft! There’s a local shop, cafe and pub 2 mins away (great food). As it is below our kitchen and we have young children expect noise from around 7am.

Picturesque walk into Bath, regular buses and lovely country walks. Own parking, private entrance and fast reliable wi-fi. Super-king sized bed with twin bed option. Desk, USB sockets and LED TV. Ensuite bathroom with walk in rainfall shower. Kitchenette with convection microwave oven/grill, fridge, all small appliances and a breakfast bar.

Shepherds Rest Annexe

Self contained annexe which has been tastefully renovated. Kitchen with eating area and the bathroom are on the ground floor. Sitting/bedroom with countryside views on first floor. Outside is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Local Pub and fish and chip shop short walk away. A little further afield are some wonderful cafes and it's an easy drive to local attractions such as Bath/Longleat/Stonehenge/Stourhead. Westbury train station with direct services to London is 3 miles away.

‘Little Glen’ on the outskirts of Bath

Set in the heart of the beautiful village of Corston in Bath which offers access to plenty of stunning countryside but also is not far for people to explore both the city of Bath and Bristol. Bath city centre is only a 10 minute drive away and bus stops are within a few minutes walk. The local village shop/ Post Office is a 2 minute walk away . Corston is a few minutes drive from the Bath Spa University. There is a local pub serving food which is only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk.

A clean, compact space with comfortable double bed, private entrance and en-suite facilities. Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.

The Retreat - Garden Room, wonderful views, Bath

'The Retreat' is a compact, Garden room in a quiet corner of Bath. Close to M4 and 5/10min drive to Center. En-suite with large shower. Free on-street parking. On bus route. Nestled in lovely scenery, the Cabin is compact and contains all mod cons you would want for a short and relaxing break in Bath. Advised for a 1-2 night stay and as a place to rest after sightseeing - not really as a daybreak.

Frequent 10 min bus rides into Bath city centre (40 minute canal or road walk - on the flat) and regular summer ferry. Boats/canoes/paddle boards/bike hire 2 mins away. Numerous country walks from front door. Easy access for M4.

The Bath Bothy

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.

Set in the heart of the historic village of Wookey Hole, a stones throw from the renowned Wookey Hole caves is "The Flour Barn", a charming 1st floor apartment located within Homestead Cottage, a Grade 2 listed period property built in 1680. "The Flour Barn" has recently been refurbished by it's current owners to a high standard, to create a spacious, light & airy but also warm & cosy self catering retreat for you to enjoy.

It is a self-contained unit with a private entrance and private off-street parking. Located in Lansdown on the northern slopes of Bath we are only a 0.6mile / 12-minute walk to The Royal Crescent. Close to both Kingswood and The Royal High School.
