THE Little Red River Place 🎣

The Little Red River Place is a beautiful cabin on a sprawling wooded lot on the bank of the Little Red River. We are on a rare, secluded stretch of the river, with farmland on the opposite side of the river, so the views are breathtaking! The cabin is very private, but near a variety of activities including hiking, biking, antiquing, water sports, and local restaurants. Relax on the screened porch and watch the river go by, stay warm by the outdoor fireplace, or catch trout from our dock.

The house is on the National Historic register and was built in 1910. The rental is the entire upstairs of the house. Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).

It is all about the view. This chalet style house with floor to ceiling windows, has more than 180 degrees view of the lake, and sits 600 feet above the water. Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake! Photos cannot do this place justice. It has to be seen!
