Lakehouse Estate is on 3 acres with private lake.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Temdara Farm Retreat Apt 1

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Temdara farm retreat is a purpose built barn with comfort in mind for couples or singles. The barn is on the Bass Coast of Victoria and enjoys sweeping views of the countryside, water and mountains beyond , take a stroll to the beach for some bird watching, fishing or just to paddle your feet, walk along the top of the cliffs and enjoy the sunset or just relax on your private veranda with a wine or beer. Hobsons Cabin is a self contained cabin (one of two cabins in our backyard) at the right hand side of our private backyard. Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

This new townhouse is within 3 minutes walking distance to the main street of Wonthaggi and located in a quiet cul de sac. It's a short 10 min drive to Inverloch and 8 mins to the beautiful Cape Paterson beaches. We are also walking distance to Bass Coast Rail Trail. Our house has a beautiful open living kitchen, dining and lounge room that flows through to the covered alfresco area. Our house is suitable for families, couples and business travellers.

Perfect for a weekend gettaway for relaxing after a day a the beach or hopping from winery to winery.
