Spacious, clean, and cozy home if you’re looking to stay near LHR during a long layover (only a 10 min. car ride). The check-in instructions were extremely helpful as they were detailed and included photos. Jamie was also very responsive, which was reassuring as we made a late night booking. Would stay longer if I could !!

Great location only a few minutes walk to the train station so ideal for business trips like mine. Plenty of restaurants close by and a Tesco/M&S over road if you want to cook in the beautiful kitchen. Very modern and comfortable and lovely bathroom… was great to have a bath. Highly recommend and will be back next time I’m in Birmingham.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cheltenham,walking distance to the centre of town. Well set out apartment,spacious and clutter free. Fantastic location. Can definitely recommend anyone wanting to be in the centre of the town.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

lovely place, great base for walking. local shop (co-op) and pub both easily walkable. spacious lounge and a beautiful courtyard which, if the weather holds, is a fantastic place for a relaxed breakfast.

We travelled from Scotland for a family funeral. Asked if possible to get slightly earlier access and that was no problem at all. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The area was very quiet and near Rushden Lakes a great shopping and eating area. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this house.

We booked Dinah's place since we were attending a rowing event at Dorney lake. The location was perfect for us - less than 10 minutes to drive to Dorney from the property. The accommodation itself was great with everything we needed for two nights of rest, sleep, cooking and relaxing. We'll certainly be booking up again in the future!

We had a great stay in the apartment. There was everything we needed, the space was great and really well cleaned and looked after. Sandip's instructions for check in made it so easy and he sent us lots of recommendations for places to go and things to do nearby. There's plenty to do within walking distance which was perfect for us. Parking is quite tight but if you have people to help you, it is doable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Natalia was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and very helpful when we had questions regarding the apartment, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean and matched the description on the website. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay for our Christmas holidays.

Elaine's apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with lovely soft bed linen. Elaine left plenty of towels for our use. The shower was roomy and nice and powerful. Everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect for being able to get to and from the high street on foot. The secure car park was easy to access. There are lots of places of interest within short driving distances. We were able to use the balcony which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend Elaine's apartment and hope to stay there again.
