We loves staying here! It was comfortable for our family of 4 and so close to a playground. The place was furnished and decorated very comfortably and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

This location is walkable and great for families even with restaurants nearby and we felt safe the whole time. The White House and everything to see in DC is easily walkable, or a short Uber! This townhome offers very comfortable beds/bedrooms, and awesome shower heads.

Our stay in DC was wonderful. The place was spacious and clean. Great location - we walked so many places but also had a car and it was never difficult to find street parking. Host was extremely communicative. We had a little bit of trouble getting in with the passcode but host resolved it ASAP. Wonderful outdoor space both inside and outside. Pictures and home descriptions are extremely detailed and accurate. Thank you to our host, it was a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Jennifer’s place! She was a responsive host, gave us recommendations and instructions were really clear. The home was clean and close to bus stops to the city. Only things I’d say is: A- the bed was really wobbly and I was a bit nervous to move on it because I did g want to wobble it further and B- it would’ve been really amazing if the front door had a covering or curtain as for a bit more privacy but overall, amazing stay!

Absolutely love this home! Highly recommend picking this place if you want to spend time in DC.

We had a great time staying here. The location was awesome, a fun walk to the Metro via the Messianic Memorial. It was great family place, lots of room, a full kitchen (we cooked Easter Dinner there!). Couldn't have been more pleased!

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I stayed at Thad's place for one night following a Washington Capitals hockey game. The location is convenient to Capital One Arena with it being just a short Uber ride away. We arrived after dark and it was still easy to find! The neighborhood is very nice and I felt very safe. The space looks just like the pics. It is very clean and quiet. The bed is super comfortable! Thad is very responsive and quick to answer any questions. He provides lots of information upfront as well as recommendations for what to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone considering it! Thanks Thad! You were great!

Gillian and Boe were great communicators and super friendly and helpful. Everything was easy! A great stay. For detail-minded visitors: the bed was VERY comfy. And the shower is not large (stall size) but awesome water pressure and heat - felt like a mini-spa in there, a real treat :) We came during peak of spring in DC and their yard was full of beautiful blooms - a delightful bonus.

Great stay very close to family and all Capitol Hill has to offer. Two bedrooms are rare in this area. Anne was a wonderful host.

I had a great time staying at Hudsons place. It is in the perfect area, and close to many restaurants/cafes. Hudson was very responsive during my stay, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting DC!

Great little spot - close to everything. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. So many wonderful local restaurants, cafes, brewpubs, galleries and antique shops to explore.

Everything was perfect! The instructions were clear and Jason was very responsive. The location is perfect and in walking distance from many local restaurants and parks!

A great stay! I felt right at home at Bens place and there were grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. It was also a quick 14 minute walk to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Overall, a super comfortable space with everything you'd need for a DC stay in a trendy neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Fantastic stay. Place was immaculate and William has thought of absolutely everything. Plenty of coffee, bottled water, wine, plenty of towels, soap etc. His place is laid out well too. Walking distance to town. Amenities were plenty. We loved this apt and hope to be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed William.

I had an exceptional stay, it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to a cozy living area. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was just a short walk to a trader joe’s and CVS, making daily errands convenient. Perfect stay in DC with a view of the Capitol. Easy to reach, plenty of „free“ parking, plenty of space in the apartment and everything in walking distance. Liz was easy to chat with and flexible with check in/out. We will Come back for another DC visit.

We stayed here while visiting Washington DC. It was a peaceful place to retire to after a day in the busy city. Peaceful and safe residential condo area. Internet worked great, and was cozy. We thought it was a great value for the location. We drove to and parked at the Dunn Loring Metro station for trips into the city..

Comfortable modern, well maintained appartment , perfect location near metro and Bethesda center with shops and restaurants. Our host was responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend staying here for tourism or work.
