Great host that took the time to recommend things to do in the local vicinity as well as Places to eat. Accommodation was lovely, very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Beautiful location, easy to find and would def recommend.

A great place to stay to explore beautiful Exmoor. The second time we have stayed there its clean, cosy and comfortable with fabulous views of the coast and access to great walks.

Just had another great stay with Alison. The apartment was spotless as always. It is well equipped and Alison is such a great host. She is friendly and helpful. What more could you ask.

Most delightful and beautiful location and apartment. Expectations of a couples relaxing weekend exceeded. Diverse location that meets all needs for singles, couples and or families. We stayed in The Schoolroom in Barbrook, North Devon – a stunning historical building that's been beautifully renovated. The space was once an old schoolroom, and you can really feel the history all around. Our hosts, Carolynn and Roland, were absolutely wonderful. So friendly, welcoming, and available whenever we needed anything. We ended up chatting loads during our short stay and honestly felt more like we were visiting friends than staying with hosts. Carolynn even arranged a lovely local dog sitter for us, which was so thoughtful and kind. The Schoolroom itself was peaceful, spotlessly clean, and finished to a really high standard – underfloor heating, a spa-like bathroom, log fire, comfy bed with soft sheets, and all the home comforts you could want. The location is incredibly quiet, with the soothing sound of a river just outside, and a fantastic dog-walking path right along the riverbank. It’s also very dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. A truly memorable experience.

We loved staying in Louise’s place! It’s such a lovely, cosy, clean and comfortable place, with amazing views, and you can hear the sea from the bedrooms! It’s well-situated, a short walk away from the main high street, and very close to Tunnels Beaches. Louise was really flexible and responsive to our questions (so important when travelling with a little one!) and we all loved our stay in Ilfracombe :)

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect - while other tourists queued up for the car park, we could stroll across the road to the beach. It’s also really close to some lovely local places for food and drink. The apartment was spotless, and even ready a couple of hours early for us. It had everything we needed, as well as a beautiful view of the beach. There were even chocolates and a bottle of wine when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Tom and Nikki were easily on hand and quick to respond to any communication. Thoroughly recommended!

Croyde is one of my favourite places in the world. This place is centrally located and relatively close to the beach (5-7 min walk). It’s well equipped, clean and comfortable. It’s designed with surfers, families and pet owners in mind. Highly recommended.

The place was perfect for our family to visit Appledore. A lovely 5 min walk to pubs, cafes, restaurants and a lovely little grocery store (pricey though). The house was very clean and had everything we needed. A lovely view across to the estuary too. The location of Appledore is fabulous with Westward Ho beach and a golf course near by. Great for dogs, walks and pubs.

If I had an issue or question the phone numbers provided were very responsive. Lovely house. Big and spacious. Great views from ours. Nice warm temperature inside. The hot tub might not be hot on the first day of book in though.

Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

Toni-Ann was an excellent host from the moment we booked. She was quick to respond and so helpful. The property was exceptional, even better than the photos. The quality of the fixtures, fittings, decor and landscaping were the best I’ve seen in an Airbnb. We loved the layout of the property and the spacious rooms and smart bathrooms. Everyone really enjoyed the hot tub. In the local area there was plenty to see and do. We went to Bude, Boscatle and Tintagel as well as just enjoying relaxing at the house. Great gas bbq which was really clean and all utensils were there for us to use. Highly recommend booking this beautiful, modern, well organised property with a brilliant host. Thanks for having us!

Jessica was a great host always responding quickly and efficiently to any queries. We loved the accommodation. We visited with 2 grown up children and their partners as well as a baby. There was more than ample space for everyone and the kitchen/dinning area was a fantastic social space where everyone was able to gather, cook, relax, play games etc. The village itself seemed quite quiet, but the coast, beaches, supermarkets etc were easily reachable within a 10 minute drive. We hadn’t visited this area before, had a great time and would thoroughly recommend the accommodation. A very easy 5 star review!

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . Perfect relaxing week Thankyou x

We absolutely loved our stay in Ilfracombe! Emma is a fantastic host who has thought of every little detail, she had even decorated the flat for easter 🐣 Emma was very accommodating to our needs, couldn't recommend staying at the snug enough! Thank you 😊

We have just had a lovely stay at Viki’s. It was very clean and comfortable a real home from home. Viki is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning. We can’t wait to visit again later in the year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sam’s - place was as described and did not disappoint! The only slight downside was that the check in instructions were slightly confusing and we got slightly lost initially - we looked for an apartment labelled 30(1) on floor SF and eventually figured out after some time that it meant apartment 30 on the second floor. Other than that though, fabulous stay and would thoroughly recommend to all! We were especially impressed with how well-stocked the place was, amenities wise, and all the electronics and kitchen ware provided were top notch :)

What an idyllic location and wonderful hosts. Sarah and Gareth’s place was perfect and they were so warm and welcoming. We had the most incredible weekend and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic time at the Neet. It really was a perfect place to stay especially if you are visiting Bude. We brought our 2 dogs and the garden was a great place for them to stretch their legs, fully enclosed and huge. On arrival, Lisa met us and explained everything, we also had fresh eggs and scones. The place was spotless, cosy and had everything you need from an Airbnb. Highly recommended !
