The house sleeps six and features a sauna, BBQ, jacuzzi, and a well-planned living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The property offers privacy, while cafés, supermarkets, and lake swimming spots are just a short drive away. With free parking, outdoor furniture, and a peaceful setting, Kukkula is the perfect place for families and friends.

Nestled in the Porvoo archipelago, just over an hour from Helsinki, this sophisticated villa is a thoughtfully designed haven that captures the essence of Scandinavian style. Its minimalist interiors and sweeping sea views create a seamless blend of nature and modern luxury. With direct access to the water, guests can enjoy year-round activities from cross-country skiing and ice skating in winter to fishing and swimming in summer. Private pier and garden have been completed in June 2026.

Tunnelmallinen mökki Porvoon saaristossa, Vessöössä. Mökissä on nukkumapaikkoja 4:lle. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu ja voit nauttia kesäillasta terassilla, johon paistaa ilta-aurinko. Pihipiirissä on hevosia ja voit halutessasi tutustua tilan omaan tilamuseoon joka sijaitsee 1700-luvulla rakennetussa aitassa. Täällä pääset tutustumaan kulttuurimaisemiin ja nauttimaan maaseudun rauhasta. Mahdollisuus ongitaan ja SUP-lautailuun (15 €/3 h), laituri 2,5 km päässä. Yleiseen uimarantaan 10 km.

Sauna cottage by the sea - live the spirit of Tove

Tervetuloa suomalaisen onnellisuuden ytimeen: puhtaaseen luontoon, raikkaaseen ilmaan ja hiljaisuuteen, unohtamatta saunaa. Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua. Mökki sijaitsee taloni pihapiirissä. Ikkunoista näkyy meri ja ranta, mistä pääsee melomaan tai suppailemaan saaristoon ja Porvoon joelle. Ranta on matala. Uimiseen sopii parhaiten lähistöllä sijaitseva puhdasvetinen lampi. Alue on luonnonsuojelualue ja sopii hyvin luontoihmisille.

Grandma´s Cottage

Rent a cozy cottage in the sweet village of Söderby, close to the sea, on the Island of Pellinge in the Porvoo Archipelago. The cottage is warm even wintertime and has a large kitchen and bedroom with nice fireplace. Indoor toilet and electric sauna for your convenience aswell as a sleepingloft. In front of the cottage there is a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Beautiful villa by the sea

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 8th until October 18th in 2026.

Koe Porvoo eri tavalla: yövy tunnelmallisessa 9 metrin klassisessa puuveneessä aivan keskustan jokirannassa. Täydellinen kahdelle, mutta majoittuu tarvittaessa 4-5hlöä. Käsintehty kaunis mahonkinen puuvene Susanna (vm. 1990), kivenheiton päässä tunnelmallisesta Wanhasta kaupungista, erinomaisesta ravintola tarjonnasta ja jokibulevardista.

Atmospheric accommodation in an old garden shed in the heart of Söderby village, about 7 kilometers from the ferry. The shed is located in our family's yard. We have children and animals, two dogs and a cat, in the yard. This is a place where the sounds of life merge with the peace of nature.
