Downtown’s iconic nightlife and dining scene is 13 minutes away by car. Parking is free and available. Music Row is a 5 minute, as is Belmont and Vanderbilt. The Gulch and downtown areas are 6-8 minutes away.

The house features queen beds in all bedrooms, a foldout couch in the living room(can be closed off by doors), a futon upstairs, and a queen air mattress! It's an eight-minute drive to downtown and an easy walk to Belmont and Vanderbilt This quiet apartment includes a full kitchen, bath, living room, and bedroom. It occupies half of the main floor of our turn-of-the-20th-century home, where our happy family of five lives, goes to work & school, and raises backyard hens.
