Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. Almost 90 years later we’re following the very same path of grandpa Mate by retaining the originality of the house and combining it with modern retro comfort. Grandpa Mate House is based on Dugi Otok at the edge of the village Dragove. The house was restored in 2017.

Our old family home was renovated with love and care few years ago. Place is very peaceful, especially out of season. Nature on islands Pašman and Ugljan is beautiful and worth exploring.
