The house is a listed building in a save neighbourhood. This is an apartment in the middle of the city. You can sometimes hear the trains entering the main station. It has a direct Tram connection to the airport (25min) and is very well located to all sightseeing spots of Zurich. It's a studio formed of one larger main room and a smaller bedroom (separated but not with a door) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Tea or coffee can be prepared in the tea-kitchen.

In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
