MARETA III - waterfront

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Located on the Luštica peninsula, Sea Breeze has dramatic, 180-degree views of the Bay of Kotor and the twin massifs of the Orjen and Lovcen mountains. The property is nestled on a peaceful hillside surrounded by olive groves, small stone hamlets, and fishing villages. The medieval UNESCO-protected seaside fortress town of Kotor, the idyllic Venetian republic maritime towns of Rose and Perast, and the glitz of Porto Montenegro, Europe’s largest super-yacht marina, are all a short drive away.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

These terraces offer dining and coffee tables, as well as an outdoor shower — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh sea air.

Cozy one-bedroom apartment with splendid view! Fully equiped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, big bathroom and a peaceful living room with foldable single bed. This apartment is located in Savina, Herceg Novi. We accept small size pets (1). The property is located uphill with markets, beaches and restaurants in 500-700 m walking distance as you go down hill. No private parking available, only street parking.

Apartment Koprivica

It is an apartment within the private house which has a beautiful terrace with great sea view... It is 300 meters away from the sea coast, downhill. It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport. Regarding the COVID-19 situation, just want to add that we do our best to take all necessary safety measures so that our guests can feel safe.

Apartment is located 220m (5 minutes walk) to the beach. It is placed on the hill side which brings you to the panoramic view of Boka Bay, from the balcony. Neighbourhood is quite with a lot of nature surrounding the area. Apartment is on the top of the house (second floor) that is separated from the rest of the house with own entrance and a lot of privacy.

Located only few steps from the beach, enjoy your stay in studio with beautiful view over the bay entrance. Studio is only 15 min away from the City marina and historic Old town. It's a perfect match for couples or friends. No parking (guests will need to find parking in paid parking zones on the street)
