Amazing condo to stay in as it's so close to Taipei Main Station. It's only a couple minutes away and you can access it all inside through Q Mall. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home, and was really well suited for our family, which includes 2 kids under 7 years old (there were books for them to look at)! We would highly recommend this condo!

개인적으로 이전에 거주하던 동네라 좋았습니다. 근처에 식당도 많고 지하철역도 가깝고 NTU에서 산책 가능합니다. 전반적으로 좋은 위치 숙소 컨디션이나 무거운 짐 가지고 이동하시는 분들은 엘레베이터가 없는 점 고려하셔야 됩니다.

The location is 10/10, easy walking distance to two different MRT stations on different lines. Quick walk to Taipei 101 and all surrounding malls. Not to mention the stunning view up on the roof top. Lots of food options near by too. The room is small but well designed with lots of storage space. Perfect for couples or family with one small child, probably not suitable for family with multiple kids or older kids or a group of friends. Will definitely be back!

Apartment is well located close to major tourists attractions such as Tapai 101, street markets and the elephant mountain. Also within walking distance of a public transit. Overall enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed this studio+loft unit in a modern high-rise. It's few minutes walking to Taipei 101 MRT station (heart of Taipei's newest shopping district); this is also next to the older Taipei with one of the night markets and traditional eateries of all kinds. It is well equipped with kitchen and an all-in-one washing+drying machine. Thanks to Simon and team for making the downstair sofa bed into a very comfortable bed for us (one could also sleep in the loft upstairs). Simon offered to meet us in person, but check-in was super easy on our own by following instructions to pick up the elevator keycard at a convenience store one block away. The unit's floor is high enough, so street noise was minimum. Like all apartments or hotels, sound insulation wasn't 100% proof; almost all tenants followed rules well, so it's very quiet except one night when a neighbor watched football late into the night:-). We highly recommend this as the home base to experience Taipei on many fronts!

Smooth communications from day one and had a wonderful stay. The unit felt like home right away. I am always looking for a deal that carrys the quality and value instead of the lowest price. I will book this property again without any hasitation.

The location was fantastic conveniently located in the night market, but not noisy at all . It was a cute little getaway place for long stay people I will definitely stay there when I go to Taiwan next time. Thank you Yumie for letting me stay at your place.

Rei’s place was very new and comfortable with walkable location to both MRT and TRA. It’s also very near (2 mins) walk to the famous Raohe Night Market. All facilities in this listing works well too.

Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe and quiet apartment in Taipei with good views of the city.

Happy is an excellent host, proactive and friendly communication. The flat has a gorgeous balcony and is well equipped. I had a very comfortable one month stay working remotely.

Really loved this place for it’s location and amenities available. We landed on 12/31 and have dinner plan at a restaurant that can see the new year’s fireworks at Taipei 101. The whole Xinyi district (where taipei 101 resides) is under traffic control starting 12/31 afternoon. This place being so close to taipei 101 (just a few mins walk) was a huge perk for our schedule. In addition, the owner Bobby was super communicative. Helped me solved quite a few issues during our stay. I highly recommend this place!

This unit is near at everything. There’s a bus station in front of the building entrance. The unit is spacious since it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are so many resto and convenience store in the neighborhood. The security of the building is Superb, there’s a 24/7 front desk staff who monitors the cctv and they are approachable. There’s a free pool table and table tennis in the building but we forgot to try it out. The host is very approachable and helpful. He gave us so many free bottled water, chocolates, breads and bananas. He also provide toiletries and detergent. You really don’t need to worry about anything. He tour us in the building lobby. He also explain how to use the appliances inside the unit. Will recommend this host and unit.

總体体驗良好， 但有一些改善空間，例如：可提供洗衣柔軟劑，也可提供多一點衛生紙及廚房紙巾，和多一床棉被。另外，可提供 房內幾個一遥控器和大門邊的電子面板的使用說明（中英文）。我一直不知怎麼回應警衛處打 來的電話。

This place is fantastic and the host very responsive and friendly. Very quiet and a nice view over the park next to the building. Heated Aircon was a rare treat in Taiwan. The place is well thought out, making the most of the small space without feeling cramped. The stairs up to the bed are narrow with a low ceiling but wasn’t an issue. Overall very happy we stayed here.

4層的公寓每層都有獨立廁所, 電視, 沙發, 水煲, 雪櫃, 很適合幾家人一齊旅遊或家族大旅行。 牙膏牙刷, 沐浴露洗頭水, 拖鞋毛巾一應俱全, 廁所還是我最喜歡的免治馬桶。 地理位置比想像中更優越，1, 2分鐘就到達西門町賣白苦瓜汁的地方及永和豆漿, 車子也能泊到門外, 運行李很方便。 屋內是工業風設計, 乾淨舒適而不會太易弄污, 住起上來不會有太大壓力。 有洗衣機, 乾衣機，超級方便。 屋主在我到達前2次幫忙接收包裹, 非常感謝!! 唯一美中不足，是電視機沒有頻道提供，看不到當地的電視

在新竹市區的外圍，用走的也可以很快就到熱鬧的地方。屋主爺爺很好客、人很好，興趣是畫畫，有很多他的作品可以欣賞。

This is a super convenient location right at the MRT station. You can take a bus 1968 directly to and from the airport. The place is clean, we feel right at home. The only thing is the mattress is dated and uncomfortable, also the bedding can be better fitting. There is no jacuzzi by the way but the gym is nice.

i've totally enjoyed my stay here. i will list things i noted for myself while staying here: 1. convenient building, very easy to find and enter if you have heavy luggage, security guards always there, garbage collection point which is also appreciated as you don't need to chase the truck every day. have lovely rooftop, also gym and pool (didn't use) 2. location is amazing, not too far from metro. have night market just across the street. as well as any kind of store you may need. it's central so can get anywhere in the city quite easily. 3. the apartment itself very functional, plenty of storage space, full kitchen set, washing machine, AC, all the amenities. i must note the view from this apartment is itself worth the money and i totally loved big window wall with all of the sunlight coming in. 4. sometimes wifi stopped working for a short while and also wish it was bit more soundproof as i could hear neighbours walking past my door. i definitely recommend and would come back❤️

I stayed in this flat on the 10th floor for 1.5 month. Great location, convenient with MRT not too far away and youbike just in front of the building. The apartment is minimalist and practical, which I like. Lots of hidden storage everywhere (under the windows, stairs, sofa, etc). The wifi let me work from the unit without too many problems. Even though I don't speak good Chinese at all, check-in and check-out were great, the host took time to explain everything. The apartment was not spotless clean when I arrived (but okay), and some people might not like sleeping up the stairs in a mezzanine. But overall I would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay here again.

房間乾淨整潔，一下交流道開車10分鐘餒可以抵達，外面就有阿宗芋冰城可以吃！還有提供switch，從7點吃完晚餐到家後都在玩都沒出門逛街🤣

일단 아파트 단지내 보안이 철저해서 좋았어요. 입주민 카드키 없이는 엘리베이터도 못타서 다른 에어비앤비 이용할때보다 훨씬 맘 편하게 다닐 수 있었구요. 집앞에 걸어서 5분 거리에 까르푸가 있어서 좋았고 단수이역까지 셔틀도 있어서 굳이 버스나 택시 타지 않아도 됐어요. 워런마터우까지는 택시타도 10분 밖에 안걸려서 택시비도 별로 안나왔구요. 호스트 분하고 라인으로 연락했는데 피드백이 매우 빨랐어요. 친절하셨고 체크인이나 체크아웃 시간도 여유있었구요 . 방은 3개에 화장실 2개 있는데 모두 넓고 깨끗했어요. 사실 단수이 지역이 호텔도 별로 없고 위치도 애매해서 숙소잡기가 힘든데 여기는 왠만한 호텔보다 좋고 넓어서 많은 사람이 같이 이용하기에는 매우 괜찮은 숙소 같아요 .

Perfect stay in great location - especially the rooftop pool with 101 view. Great staff at reception! Angie was always reachable and took care of every single inquiry. Definitely again !!!
