It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

With its 30 m² (+ 15 m² outdoor space) in size, it has a bedroom with one double bed, 1 bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and two single beds, and a balcony. On the outside, you will have a sitting area for your own use, and an outdoor barbeque fireplace shared with other guests. The closest beach is 3km away from the apartment.
