Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachboden mit extra Eingang und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch und Balkon, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, E-Herd, Eierkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine. Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Unsere kleine, gemütliche Einraumhütte bietet Platz für 3 Personen, gemeinsame Stunden und Abende. Mit dem Holzofen wird es wohlig warm, eine große Eckbank mit Tisch, Stockbett, Kommode befinden sich ebenso in der Hütte. Grillmöglichkeit direkt neben der Hütte, Wasser direkt an der Hütte am Brunntrog, Strom ist vorhanden. Das Plumpsklo ist ein paar Meter von der Hütte entfernt, eine Outdoor-Solarsackdusche ist vorhanden.
