It comes with a fully stocked kitchen and full bathroom with indoor shower that pumps hot water through a tankless water heater. Additionally, it has outdoor amenities such as a griddle, fridge, and shower.

It has easy access to Highway 264 , interstate 64, I540 and Interstate I440 to I40. It is a great Central location for Raleigh, Knightdale, Wendell Zebulon,Garner, and Rocky Mount. Note: this house is not handicap accessible however there is a ramp with a small step up. 2 tub showers; No walk in shower.
