Amazing! The house was just what my family and I needed. Our group of 8 had everything we needed, the pool table was great to home the girls got to enjoy thw pool, all rooms had good AC which made sleeping after long days exploring very comfortable. Kitchen and dining table were just enough for us to enjoy breakfast and late night snacks. Location was great, we had restaurant and various stores just 5 mins down the street. Check-in was as smooth as possible, and direction got us to the location w/o a problem. Before our stay there was an issue with the bathroom, but it was addressed and we didn't even noticed, during our stay there was a power outage in the are, but with the great set up that they have in the house we had no issues enjoying our vacation even when the house was running on renerator power, goes to show how well the property is set up! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Yunke area. This location won't disappoint and it's worth every bit of what you spend

Carlos was quick to answer our questions and the house was equipped with everything we needed. There was an island wide power outage during our stay, but we were not impacted because of the back up generator! There were plenty of linens and beach towels, pool accessories and kayaks. It's a perfect place to stay with kids. The house was spotless and the environment was so peaceful. We could have stayed on site the entire trip and we would have enjoyed every minute of it. We hope to return in the future.

This was a wonderful place for 3 generations of our family to stay. We loved how close it was to El Yunque and San Juan and Fajardo. The walk to the totally private beach was easy (and the golf cart was super helpful when we used it). The outdoor space and pool around the property made hanging out in the mornings and evenings so pleasant. Christophe was also so thoughtful and kind to bring over some baby gates and life vests for the pool when he realized we had two babies with us.

Thank you Sonia for a wonderful stay! Your warm welcome and quick responses made everything so smooth. The coffee machine, came in handy. The house has so many other amenities besides the AMAZING views all around. House was very clean. We also appreciated the helpful local recommendations. Nearby is El Yunque Rainforest, Richie’s restaurant and Kiosk. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

This place is amazing. We've stayed at a few Airbnb's in Rio Grande and this has been the best experience by far. This will be our go to next time we visit. I cannot speak highly enough of the beautiful home in the rainforest.

What can I say the home was very beautiful, very clean, smell very good, clean sheets, the sheets smelled like downy, the host Nelly was great, very responsive. The first house we wanted to actually enjoy it.We loved it and definitely recommend 100/100

I stayed here for a week with my husband and 1.5 year old. This place was centrally located to lots of restaurants with a very short drive to the rainforest. The beach and pool were amazing to have just a few footsteps away. The king size bed was fabulous and there was a travel crib there for us to use with our 1.5 year old. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook. When we arrived, the fridge was not as cold as it should be but once we unplugged and plugged it back in, it was fine. The balcony views were amazing with the beach on one side and the rainforest mountains on the other side. The only thing we were disappointed about was there was a full playground shown in the pictures of the listing and when we arrived, the playground was not there. We would definitely stay again in the future! Cookie and Enrique's place is a gem and they were extremely responsive throughout the entire process!

The stay was great, we went to the wrong building at first after a long wait at the airport, TM was very helpful with getting us to the correct building. The place had a beautiful outside view and was within driving distance of some great beaches. I would enjoy coming back here if I was in Rio Grande again

Such a wonderful stay! Falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest was a treat, and the unit is close enough to town that you can still find stores/restaurants within a 5-ish minute drive. I personally didn’t have a car so I took Ubers most of the time-- they do come out, it just takes a while. If you need to use Uber, the pin “Calle 3 & Calle 8” in Rio Grande works best. Joanna is an incredible host, very responsive and communicative, and she has recommendations for laundromats, stores, etc if you need them. My job is remote and I found that the wifi worked great, but phone calls weren’t always the best quality, probably due to the location. If the window slats are open and you’re sensitive to mosquito bites like I am, Joanna can close them from the outside for you to keep bugs out (for the most part). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Space was very clean and neighborhood felt safe. Hosts were very kind and responsive. The only thing was the hot tub wasn’t working correctly and didn’t heat up enough to use. Overall would recommend staying here.

Robert’s home was like staying at Tio Robert’s place for my family. The variances in the reviews made me cautious to book but I was pleasantly surprised and can bring clarity on items I read before. Pros: #1 We stayed when top Google search was power outage in Puerto Rico. Home has solar and battery backup so we only realized the power was out when we reached the first traffic signal without power. #2 Safety: Community shares security checkpoints with Hyatt Grand Regency along with beautiful landscaping and foliage. #3 Proximity to Luquillo Beach, El Yunque Rainforest, and Fajardo Kayaking to see Bioluminescence. #4Washer/dryer (that works during power outages) for washing bathing suits and packing light. #5 Treks to San Juan via Uber (parking is a needle in a haystack to find at night as streets and lots close) are minimal cost. Cons: The lived in home feeling inviting to families may not score points on a couples trip. Tip: Just turn on hot (left faucet) during shower for hot shower.

Our stay was very good, the host of the Airbnb Lucienne was very pleasant and provided everything to your needs, the place was very nice and clean and the views were amazing, I would def recommend this Airbnb to anyone with families, it was private and had many things to do around.

Great place! I was not sure how to respond to how accurately the place was described because it was actually a lot nicer than the pictures. It was bigger than I thought and really nice. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could have wanted--very thoughtful. The location is a little remote in terms of walking to things but a short drive to some great little restaurants, the national park, Luquillo, etc. We loved the location because it was quiet and the complex was really pleasant and well cared. AND the beach in front of the complex was excellent and also very quiet. One day I had the beach completely to myself. We went to other beaches but in the end preferred the one right there. Awilda was really responsive and it was obvious how much she cared about her place. This was one of my best AirBNB experiences in terms of value, quality, location, communication, etc.

What a wonderful stay @ Loly’s place. I haven’t visited my home is over 39 years. Now married with children, it was our very first experience as a family traveling to Puerto Rico. Loly’s place made our first experience together a memorable one. The place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was exactly what we needed with growing children that need their own space. The pool is literally steps away. The private access to the beach about a 3 minute walk. I felt like home staying @ Loly’s place. Luquillo beach , and El Yunque rain forest is just but a 12 minute drive from her place. Fajardo just 25 mins away. The only hiccup and it has nothing to do with Loly or her place is the power outages , although brief most of the time it can happen at any moment. So if you’re traveling with little children , something to consider. All and all our experience was great and Loly’s place made it memorable.

Our stay at Diana’s was like having a home away from home. The pool and seemly private beach were just what we were looking for. The location was also perfect for day trips to El Yunque rainforest, local restaurants and multiple other pristine beaches. Diana was an amazing host super responsive and understanding to all our needs. Highly recommend this stay!

Just returned from 2 weeks at Rio Grande The location of this condo was perfect ! Beautiful quiet beach and large swimming pool and views of El Yunque from the balcony So many delicious restaurants within a few minutes drive… too many to list Loved exploring different beaches and having the use of the wagon and beach chairs and towels was an added bonus Carl was the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered !! Any minor issues were dealt with immediately!! Looking forward to returning to Puerto Rico one day Thanks again Carl for a memorable holiday!!

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay. Host was helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) was a huge plus along with the welcome snacks. The beach out front was not great for swimming (we were also there during a windy period so that made it harder), but it’s an easy drive to some other more protected spots. Nice restaurants are a short drive, and it’s easy to get to the rain forest for some cool hikes and adventures. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!

Leslie is the true definition of a Puerto Rican.She was very sweet,helpful and communicated well.She offered me a early check in and late check out even tho I didn’t need it I appreciated the gesture.The view was amazing very peaceful and quite area with the main road 2 minutes away.I will definitely book this place again.
