Warthogs is an affordable Safari Camp set in a game corridor on the shores of lake Kariba. Our accommodation comprises 2 "Classic" & 2 "Family" En-suite Safari tents. We also have 2 "Deluxe" Safari Tents...soon to be en-suite but currently sharing ablutions. Plus 3 "Compact" dome tents with mattresses, bedding, solar lighting, lock-ups, verandas & shared ablutions . Cooking can be done on braais or you can eat in the bar/restaurant. Wildlife abounds and we have a diverse range of birdlife too.

Camp (& make a difference) on Chisi Island

Come and camp in the most remote corner of Chisi Island on Lake Chilwa. All of your meals and transport by boat to and from the island are included in the price, and 50% of the profits go towards providing meals for pre-schoolers on the island. Warthogs Safari Camp Twin En Suite-Safari Tent

Our en suite safari tents offer a true tented bush experience on mainland Kariba. A guest of the wildlife in Kariba, the priveleged are allowed to watch them from their tents....no fences, they will freely share their space if you respect them.

Luxury Tent - double bed

The tents are elevated from the ground by a wooden deck and sheltered with a thatch roof – perfect to keep out the hot African summer sun. Each luxury tent has its own bathroom – complete with a toilet, sink and shower. A hot shower that is!

Victoria Falls Backpackers Lodge Safari Tent

Room facilities: Separate Bathroom, Fan, Mosquito net, Garden view / Pool view, Linen. Guests are allowed to use the common kitchen and games room. In addition to a swimming pool on land, guests will also have free wifi access.

Tented Accommodation

Standard safari tented accommodation with 2 single beds, a small bathroom, containing a toilet, basin and shower. A deck in front of the tent provides seating space. Tents are secluded by reed walls for privacy.
