Minha estadia foi perfeita! O apartamento está em uma localização imbatível, a poucos passos da praia e da 5ª Avenida. Muito confortável, bem equipado e seguro. Recomendo para quem busca aproveitar o melhor de Playa del Carmen com praticidade e conforto. Com certeza voltaria!

This place was so enjoyable and peaceful. The private dock made for an easy pick up for any boat excursion or snorkeling trip! Very walkable, and golf cart friendly! The maid service was very respectful and took care of us! Very responsive and helpful host as well!

Thomas and Anna are are superb hosts. I've been lucky enough to stay with them on a couple occasions. They were helpful in securing my cart rental as well as an onsite massage on their dock, which was sooo nice. The grounds are well cared for, and the room is everything you need, nothing you don't. Also, try their quesadilla, its wonderful!

We enjoyed Sapphire Beach Resort and all of the amenities and wonderful staff! Ed's place is located feet from a pool and a few yards from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the ocean with tea in the morning and wine before dinner! Ed's place is very well furnished and had all of the kitchen and bath items we needed (and more). Housekeeping was done daily and very well. Loved the Tiki Bar and Saturday BBQ's. Front desk folks were extremely helpful and made arrangements for shuttle flights, taxi pickups, and golf cart rental. The Gem restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Our family of six - including a 5, 12, and 15 year old - had a wonderful time here. There was plenty of space for all of us and accommodations were clean and comfortable. We loved having a wading pool outside our patio for our little one to play in. The pool area in the courtyard was huge and was never crowded. Plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs available. The two restaurants on site were convenient and great tasting entrees for adults and kids. This place is a bit removed from downtown. It cost $600 pesos for a taxi to seat six people - make sure to bring pesos. If you pay with USD - price was $42 (even though exchange rate is $30). The resort is quiet and we felt very safe within it. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We highly recommend!!

We let Nathan know when we were in a taxi headed to the property- he was there to meet us and let us in. The cottage is right on the waterfront promenade/beach. Great food and coffee right out the front door. Dive shops and water excursion docks all along the beach where the cottage is. Several grocery stores all within a 5 minute walk. Tons of restaurant options. We thought we would need to rent a golf cart for our stay to get around, but the location of the cottage was such that we didn't need one. The front of the cottage is gated in with a covered patio- a great place to sit and watch the ocean and goings-on. Overall we really enjoyed our time there.
