We loved our stay! The hosts were so friendly, very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a place to relax, with the beach right in front. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella everyday, and while watching the flying flamingos at sunset. The village is a short walk away. We’ll miss our long walks on the beach, the quietness of this place and our kind hosts. We hope to be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Victor’s place! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, yet tucked away on a peaceful street. Victor was a thoughtful host and provided beach gear, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, convenient, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. As always Ricky & all of his team were always available to assist in anyway. Always, polite, helpful & very professional. As for the property, no complaints at all. A great location, extremely clean, well appointed, maintained to the highest standards, safe & secure. I have stayed here several times previously & this time for 2 months. A fabulous home from home. Looking forward to my next stay.

View is great from balcony. It is close to downtown and ferry. It is short Taxi ride to international cruise pier and you will be able to see Cruises docking in port next to apartment every other day too.

Victor was extremely responsive to our requests and provided a wonderful place to stay. We were very pleased with our experience. I especially enjoyed listening to the live music across the street from the rooftop at night. We were also very pleased to have bottled water provided during our trip at no extra cost.

Due to a/c issues we were unable to stay in the original unit listed. Diego had found a replacement condo in the same building for us even before arriving.Diego was extremely communicative and found several ways to ensure our stay was still great! Our family enjoyed staying at La Amada as it is very family friendly!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

An Unforgettable Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house hosted by Sonia and Rene, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sonia, Rene and their exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The property itself is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every room was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rene and Sonia for being such wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay truly special. They were always available to provide suggestions and recommendations for our trip. And a special thank you to our Chef Rangel by far best chef I’ve had in all my trips.

Nous étions en famille avec 3 jeunes enfants. La maison est très agréable, sur une plage de sable fin, au calme. Merida est toute proche et offre plusieurs visites intéressantes notamment le musée du monde maya.

Gianella's home is beautiful, spacious, safe, artistic (incredible paintings), and inspiring. The beds are comfortable beyond our expectation. The waves lull you to sleep at night. All bedrooms are on the second floor, all have AC. The master oceanfront room (green bedding) has it's own walk-in bathroom and shower, and an additional sink and area for luggage and storage. The second king size oceanfront room (mosquito net and wooden bed posts) shares a bathroom with the quaint spacious library with the double and twin beds. All rooms upstairs stay cool with the AC. Downstairs gets warm, but the ocean wind helps. There were ample beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach mats to lie on, and the private beach and gentle waves with perfect turquoise water was like a dream. Highly, highly recommend. Gianella was flexible with us as we had elderly family members, and a later departing flight, very kind, good energy. Safe, gated neighbourhood. Alarm system.

Martin y su esposa son muy amables. Los perritos de la casa son una adoración. La playa es una maravilla hay peces en la orilla se puede nadar y disfrutar la arena maravillosa los kayak se disfrutan mucho. Recomendamos ampliamente visitar la casa.

This house is amazing! The location allows almost a 360 view (with the ocean on both sides of the island visible). The house is right next to the Split which is the hub of activity for visitors. Since the house is owned by the Sea Dreams Hotel, we were able to use their restaurant/bar and dock. Everyone was friendly and helpful in arranging taxis and setting us up with snorkeling and fishing excursions (with the snorkeling dropping us off at our dock and the fishing starting/ending there.... so steps from the house). The house was beautiful, homey and comfortable. I will definitely try and stay here again on my next visit to Caye Caulker.

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was very well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Extremely clean, very comfortable beds. We love the Palmar complex. This was our second time staying in the building and we felt right at home. Easy parking, friendly security staff, excellent beach bar and snorkeling right across the street. We dove two days and we were able to board our dive boat at Sunset Beach pier. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Hola toda la estancia estuvo muy bien, estaba limpio solo hubo un detalle en unos de los baños te bañabas y el agua se salía de la regadera lo cual ocasionaba que que el piso del baño quedara todo mojado

Couldn’t have asked for a better location in Caye Caulker. The proximity to the water taxi, restaurants, and activities was such a plus. We used and enjoyed all the amenities, loved the views and slept comfortably. Five stars, will definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the White House! It was our first time on Isla Mujeres and I'm so glad we chose to stay in a neighborhood home, rather than a hotel downtown. La Patrona restaurant is one black away and has amazing food & drinks. There are little bodegas around for anything else you need. House was comfortable and clean, we especially liked the patio/balcony in the evenings. Marco was great, excellent communication, very helpful! Thank you!

Loved this spot! It’s kind of right in the middle of the island so convenient for both playa Norte where the party / crowds are, as well as punta sur. Isla village is right beside it and has good restaurants and cafes etc… the pool is awesome, beds are huge (very firm), and the cleaners came mid way through the week which was nice. Would definitely stay again

10/10. I booked so last minute and Daniel was so responsive and helpful from restaurant recommendations, to transportation options. The property was beautiful and the condo was clean and decorated nicely. It was close to nightlife but also away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I loved the views from the property as well. Highly recommend.
