Pros: Really cool old house! Super stylish/rustic both inside and out. This place has a beautiful patina and I’m happy to have stayed here. Host is gracious, responsive and nice! Cons: Not much privacy at all. The entrance to the room shares a hallway with the hosts living area upstairs and the hallway to the kitchen. There’s also a small indoor window open to the main area which seems not to close.

Mai’s house is clean, comfortable and quiet (except for a few feral cats!) It is conveniently located just around the corner from the ADO bus station yet not at all noisy. You can walk easily to Plaza Grande and there are three parks nearby..Santiago, San Juan and La Ermita. Mau is very kind, helpful and quick to respond if you have any questions. The house is a well maintained typical Mérida colonial, a great way to be introduced to this wonderful city.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en la casa, zona muy tranquila. La casa muy limpia y de fácil acceso al transporte.

Excelente trato por parte de la anfitriona, super limpio y cómodo, lo único es que si nos perdió el gps, lo intentamos varias veces y aparecía muchas cuadras antes.

Fue una estancia muy agradable porque Erika tiene muy buenos detalles, cómo toallas, jabones shampoo y productos de limpieza . Además hay una amaca en cada habitación y todo muy limpio y ordenado. La recomiendo y sin duda volvería a reservar su espacio.

Jungle and stars ist ein einzigartiger Platz. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Haben Vorschläge für Ausflüge gemacht. Wir konnten jederzeit zu essen bestellen. Haben uns sicher gefühlt. Es war ruhig, nur Dschungelgeräusche waren zu hören. Auf Sauberkeit wird großen Wert gelegt. Die archeologische Stätte in Coba ist die schönste die wir gesehen haben, umgeben von Natur.

Fue fácil llegar al alojamiento, instrucciones y dirección clara . La llegada autónoma facilitó el acceso al alojamiento, el cual estaba todo ordenado, solo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el baño, que con el paso de los días se solucionó

El alojamiento es exactamente como José lo describe. Tiene las amenidades básicas y necesarias. La zona es inmejorable, cerca del centro y frente a un cenote! La atención de José fue maravillosa. Te hace sentir en casa y con la seguridad de contactarlo para cualquier cosa que necesites. La calle sobre la que se encuentra es concurrida por autos así que hay un poco de ruido pero nada grave. Sin duda regresaría y lo recomiendo ampliamente por la hospitalidad y amabilidad de José. Gracias por permitirnos quedar en tu casa con tan poco tiempo de anticipación en la reserva.

This place is a little piece of heaven on earth. Beautiful pool area, super cosy, huge room and super friendly hosts. Upon demand, they can provide a good breakfast, lunch and dinner. I received lots of very useful tips of things to do in the area. I highly recommend this place !

un lugar limpio y bien ubicado por la zona, espacio muy agradable y tal cual lo muestran las fotos, la atención muy buena siempre estaba al pendiente si necesitabas algo, sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

I like Roberto’s place so much I came back a second time. There’s always hot water for a super fantastic shower with delightful water pressure. The kitchen is absolutely perfect for long term stay. It has sufficient cupboard space and cooking utensils. The induction stove is extremely efficient to use. Roberto always has available toilet paper soap and garbage bags 24/7 And the bonus is the comfy bed with soft clean sheets I highly recommend it

I stayed at two of Roberto Ivan's rooms, they are both a great deal for the price if you want to be close to Merida Centro, Paseo Montejo, etc. You're also close to the new Parque La Plancha which is nice to walk around or go to the food court. The room has all the basics you need, kitchen with a microwave and induction hotplate, good hot water and AC. The window on this one faced an interior courtyard rather than outside, but you can still get fresh air through the AC/fan. Roberto was helpful and fast to respond for check in and checkout, and kept the place stocked with extra items whenever needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Exelente estancia un lugar super tranquilo cómodo muy bonito me super encanto y recomendable regresaré ahí en mi próxima estancia

El departamento es justo como la descripción del anuncio , Elena al pendiente de la llegada y salida , la zona muy segura a 5 min en carro de las playas de progreso , sin duda volvería a hospedarme

Un lugar muy agradable para descansar. Muy cerca de la playa solo que había mucho sargazo cuando fuimos. Tenía una bonita piscina solo el agua muy fría, tal vez por el tiempo

Muy agradable lugar en una buena zona, ideal para estancias largas, bien comunicado para llegar a diferentes zonas de la ciudad.
