The apartment is small but well appointed. It has everything you need. The views from the front are stunning. I thought it was a bit pricey for the time of year.

We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

Ideal beachfront location on the North Bay, seconds walk away from Peasholm Park and Scarborough Outdoor Theatre and you practically step out onto the beach. 15 minute walk to the town centre, maybe 30 mins to stroll around the headland to South Bay and the harbour. Well appointed and comfortable, secure private parking, a great base for a few days on the N. Yorks coast.

We stopped here with my two teenagers who loved the attic room. We found the apartment very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Managed to get parked on the street with no issues. Good communication from Karen prior to our stay. We will definitely be back.. Lee

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

Pauline’s place is in the perfect location next to the North Pier with beautiful views of the sea and the most amazing sunsets. We worried about the noise after reading some reviews but the noise from the bars downstairs wasn’t too bad and certainly didn’t disturb our sleep or disturb us when we were watching tv. The apartment was spotless, had everything you needed and we would definitely stay again if we ever return to Blackpool.

fantastic apartment in a great location not too bad pub within 2 minute walk also beach not too far away either you can walk to Filey v beach in about 50 minutes or Hunmandy gap in around 25 minutes Excellent clean apartment with a tv in living room and an additional one in bedroom easy check in great kitchen and facilities would highly recommend

Very clean, quiet property in a great location. Many and Beth were friendly and proactive. I would suggest changing the blinds in the bedrooms as they let in lots of light in the morning, so recommend bringing an eye mask. We would definitely stay again.

had a great multi generation stay here to celebrate my 60th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. lovely house with lots of bathrooms. great location. Hayley is responsive and helpful. Perfect stay. Fish and chips at Seniors, locally. Tiggis restaurant was great and very local. Great for a family seaside traditional holiday. Thank you 😊

Had a great stay just a couple of minutes from the beach the place was very quiet and very welcoming the host are great with there communication and on hand if we needed them will recommend to friends and family and will visit again in the future thank you Lisa and Andy

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

Fantastic holiday. Well thought out accommodation with easy access to the town and beach. Close to a lot of attractions. Whitby, Scarborough and Robins hood bay all close by. The little town of Filey is full of lovely restaurants and cafe’s with an arcade and tourist shops, which were great for the kids. Hellen was a fantastic host, quick to respond to messages. We had a great stay at Sam’s place. Well equipped house with everything you needed. Would have been a bonus if there was some garden furniture to enjoy the garden. Communication was great throughout the stay.

Family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) just got back from 2 nights at Tom's simply stunning apartment. The photos don't quite do it justice for it's size with fantastic views, luxury touches & sun terrace with views of the front/sea. Tom was fantastic throughout our stay, arranged our luggage to be able to get dropped at Briggs early & messaged to give us a well received late check out!! We spent our time visiting the lake district, morcambe sea front & happy mount park. We ate in the cafe downstairs (Ritas) the market & ordered takeaways in the evening sitting around the well appointed dining table/island. Evenings spent relaxing on the HUGE comfortable sofas watch a movie on the HUGE tv. Have to say: the beds were so comfortable, the apartment so quiet in the evening we had the best night's sleep. Thankyou Tom & Tina .... your Airbnb in stunning & we will definitely return in the future.

Just one night but a perfect one night. Mesmerising views over South Bay, never turned on the TV, the view was enough. Apartment was exceptional, everything you could need. Dined at India, just down Castle Road, and the food and service were both very good. Breakfast at The Lookout on the Pier, as per Andrea’s recommendation and that too was excellent.

Stunning property and the location is just perfect for anyone looking for a quieter stay away from the centre. Everything was as described, the hot tub was perfect and Nikki herself was super helpful, friendly and communicative. Only stayed Friday till Sunday but plan on booking a full week next time!

Fantastic stay, location couldn't be better - a stone's throw from the beach and a huge range of bars, restaurants, shops etc but set back on a side street so is also very quiet. The flat is nicely decorated and clean, with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home - it's clear Kelly has put a lot of thought and effort into the place. Thanks for having us, and we'll definitely be coming back!

Amanda's place was lovely and peaceful very clean and spacious. Within walking distance from Whitby Town centre and Whitby Abbey so close enough for the hustle and bustle of Whitby but close enough to return for the amazing views peace and quiet. Amanda was very helpful with all the questions I asked and there was plenty of ideas in folder left in flat. As I'm guessing if you go to Whitby you also have an idea on what you want to do but always helps when some ideas are in folder, that are different. Plenty of eating areas and coffee shops plus plenty of bars and restaurants. If you can manage the 199 steps there's a Whitby brewery at the top which is amazing as well. Everywhere we went into people and locals were polite and friendly. Amandas apartment was perfect peaceful, spacious and quiet located on first floor accessible either by stairs of a lift. Valerie and John are fantastic hosts, with a beautiful flat in a stunning location. The flat itself was pristine, easy to find, in a perfect location for the surrounding area and spacious. The kitchen was Beautiful, easy to use and so much bigger than it seems in the photo. I can't recommend any of Valerie's rooms enough!

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
