This beautifully styled cottage is truly a sanctuary - perfect for those who enjoy travel, personal retreat, or working remotely. Located on a pleasant 1.5 acre setting only 10 mins from Harrisburg and 20 mins to Messiah College, York, and Hersheypark. You will enjoy complete privacy with plenty of space to relax and make memories. A cozy living room, full kitchen, lovely bedroom with garden view (seasonal), and bath. Central AC, fresh linens, free WiFi, and parking provided. Pet/smoke-free.

The Urban Equine-pet friendly w/off street parking

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate exterior entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.

The Barn in Lititz (4bd, 1bath, great for groups)

Venture into our barn turned modern guest house with an attached indoor half-basketball court! The Barn is nestled between the Forbes Top Ten Rated Lancaster downtown, the quaint town of Lititz and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. Come and go as you please with your own private entrance and parking lot. We are excited to show you why we love it here!

Silver Maple Studio

A true get-away. Enjoy this secluded refuge nestled on 12 acres in southern PA woodlands. This Studio is ONE room (1,100 sq. ft.) with one queen & one fold out full/double murphy bed. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen or on an outside grill. Follow the hiking paths through the woods or dip in our pond to the chorus of the bull frogs. Spend your mornings under the big old Silver Maple while spotting birds and wildlife. Perfect for star gazing with little to no light pollution. (Remote!)

Pondtown Mill Bridge

This unique and tranquil getaway is located near Gettysburg, Carlisle and Hanover. There is plenty to explore in the area so be sure to checkout the guidebook. Highlights include Gettysburg National Park, Carlisle Events, the Appalachian Trail, and Roundtop Mountain Resort. Our Guest Suite is located on the lower level of our home. A stone path will lead you to your private entrance. Feel free to interact with us during your stay, but we will respect your privacy if you choose not to.

Our guest house is a warm, inviting space perfect for one person, a couple, or families. Expect a family friendly neighborhood, while being surrounded by nature. Five minutes away from Iron Stone Ranch! A short drive to Hershey Medical Center for families with loved ones staying at the hospital.

Cozy Farmhouse Cottage

This cottage was once the washhouse for the adjoining 1790's farmhouse and has been recently renovated into a cozy retreat, overlooking the quiet fields and rolling mountains of Boiling Springs. The queen bed in the loft and double bed in the back room offers flexibility for a quick getaway or long-term stays. Head to the private deck for a meal and view of the sunset in the evening. Carlisle is just up the road and Harrisburg is only a 25-minute drive. Come and be refreshed.

Cottage at JoValley Farm

A thoroughly modern private cottage with kitchenette alongside our 1800s stone farmhouse on 11 acres with meadow, woods, walking trail, pond, & creek along Conestoga River. 10mins to downtown, 15min to outlets and Sight Sound Theatre, EZ access to tourist centers. Less than 10 mins to Millersville Univ. Vey quiet surroundings away from traffic. Outdoor deck use. We are a vegetable and flower farm. We are following all state and AirBnB standards for cleaning and sanitizing.

Otis School House Studio

This unique space was designed with details in mind. Every corner of this studio style guest house was lovingly restored and considered. This space was at one time the School House to the Farm. The space is light and airy with furniture designed and made by East Otis Studio. Beautiful original artworks. Gorgeous Linen bedding for the best nights sleep! All this and only a 7 minute drive from downtown Lancaster whilst still feeling like you’re in the countryside.

The Grey Wolf (studio-style loft suite)

Enjoy the clean, comfy, eco-friendly & private loft space with your own private HOT TUB! Situated on top of a hill in the beautiful lake area of Lititz, PA, you will enjoy lovely views and quiet privacy. The main house is detached & adjacent to the loft suite. The loft is located on the top floor of the carriage house. Explore charming downtown Lititz just 4 miles away! Pool open Memorial Day-Labor Day. Hot tub open year round. Hilltop Guesthouse

This secluded guesthouse is the perfect place to land. It's peaceful, with deer in the meadow in the evenings, amongst other wildlife. There's nearby access to the Enola Low Grade Trail that runs along the beautiful Susquehanna River & Shenk's Ferry Wildflower Preserve is a 10 minute drive. When you want to venture out for food you can find Lancaster City a 20 minute drive away, filled to the brim with incredible restaurants & cafe's.
