The space includes TV, fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, access to the seasonal pool, and year-round shared hot tub. We are owner-operated. Relax outside on the lawn or the patio, at a picnic table (in season), one of the fire pits, or under the fir tree. Emily's beautiful garden could be in bloom. Walk to York Harbor Beach or stroll the Cliff Walk taking in quintessential Maine views. Long Sands Beach is a 3 minute drive and Short Sands and Cape Neddick Beaches just a bit further around the corner. The cottage sits on a shared property that boasts beautiful gardens and year round ocean views.

Our home is close to everything Portland has to offer! We're a 5 minute drive from the airport, about 10 minutes from downtown, and walking distance to Thompson's Point to enjoy concerts, events, and libations. We are in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood with plenty of free parking. Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise. We think we have the best of both worlds here - the peace and beauty of Casco Bay, yet 5 minutes to the center of town.

This charming cottage is thoughtfully furnished, it's your home away from home! Clean and cozy, one bedroom with queen size bed and full kitchen. Sit in front of the gas fireplace or on your own private deck overlooking the 105 acres of Black Brook Preserve. Take a hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski right outside your door. We now have new sofa, bed, refrigerator, stove, as well as shower and bathroom flooring.

A new and modern garden level studio with private entrance and free parking. My studio unit is conveniently located (1.5 MILES) to historic downtown Portsmouth and all it’s attractions and eateries. Plus, an even closer walk to the newest hot spot, the West End, boasting several local breweries like Great Rhythm, Liars Bench and restaurants such as Cornerstone Artisanal Pizza, the Kitchen, and Botanica.

Enjoy our cozy guest flat on the same 1-acre property as our 1917 home, but with its own entrance, parking, full kitchen and bath. Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to the historic Mill Pond Dam or to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.

Perfect for a quiet Maine getaway, lodging near Cumberland fairgrounds and other local attractions, or a visit to family and friends in the area.

Cozy Cabin with hot tub, walk to beach, rock cove

Guest cabin in a private setting down a private road with short walk to Cape Neddick Beach and a secluded pebble beach. Guests have exclusive use of the firepit, outdoor sitting area and hot tub. The cozy and rustic post and beam cabin has two levels with a ladder to the loft level. Private and romantic for a couple, fun for a couple and one or two kids or just two adults.
