Me and my family were very happy to stay at Devons place. It has great atmosphere, very special. Was great to meet his family, so good- hearted people and try the food of Anahit, just everything so warm. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Nushig’s place, we are a family of 5, the place is spacious,, has air conditioning in every room, good WiFi, the location is great ,close to good restaurants and a nice grocery store called “Parma” which we loved I would definitely come back to this place PS- not too far from this apartment there is a great breakfast place called Juli’s , I highly recommend it

The apartment is located in the best area - close to all places of interest in the centre of Yerevan, the area is very quiet, you have everything that you need for living close by. The place itself is even better than on photos - it is much cosier. Arkady is responsive and helps with any question that you may have promptly. Definitely recommend this place for a stay in Yerevan.

Absolutely lovely place. the apartment is ideal located to explore the city, but is also in a residential.area with a lot of shops and restaurants. the apartment itself is extremely well stocked, leaving you wanting nothing.

Levon and his wife are absolutely AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and so welcoming. Their house is a dream house for anyone who likes the traditional Armenian style. In fact, the place is where they both live so its super cosy and you feel totally at home. If you are after luxury, or a super comfortable bed and pillows, this place isn't for you but if you are looking for a place to feel at home, be comfortable, safe, have great hosts and have everything you need + the best location possible in Yerevan, then don't hesitate to book it. The balcony and the view! What can I say - it's almost impossible to find anything like it. Also its important to note we arrived at 5am and Levon greeted us with no problem - he also let me stay in the house until 10pm on my last day rather than midday which was the checkout time. Levon, thank you so much for being such great host. If I come back, which I know I will, I would love to stay at your place again if you let me! Arsen is the best host one can find. Thanks to him, not only we got a great housing but also discovered Yerevan and all Armenia. I strongly recommend him and thank him for all his help in this wonderful Armenian adventure!

This brilliant apartment is connected to Kantar hostel, and has all the perks of a hotel (breakfast, reception, room service, security) but the freedom of a AirBnb stay. Loved our time here - easy to spread out, make food and relax in Yerevan. It is a little further south from all the main sites but never more than a few minutes walk to somewhere to eat, shop or sightsee. Would happily stay again! Plus!! Beautiful view of Mt Ararat!! Incredible.

I loved staying at this apartment on Saryan. it is very conveniently located and right outside you can find many bars & restaurants & activities. the place was very cute & comfortable, the AC worked great & bed was comfortable. will definitely stay here again 🖤
