Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

Ara è un super host, sempre disponibile, e il suo appartamento è pulito e rispecchia perfettamente le foto pubblicate. Vorrei segnalare che il giardino e la piscina, anche se non ho avuto modo di utilizzarli perché disponibili solo stagionalmente, non sono privati ma fanno parte di un contesto condominiale. Tuttavia, restano comunque sempre accessibili e utilizzabili senza restrizioni dagli ospiti. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, le stanze sono spaziose e i bagni completi, anche se segnalo per gli ospiti italiani che solo uno dei bagni è dotato di bidet. L’unico piccolo limite è che il Wi-Fi non prende bene nelle stanze. Complessivamente è stata un’ottima esperienza: Ara si è dimostrato un host eccezionalmente disponibile. Raccomando vivamente questo appartamento a tutti e sicuramente tornerò!

Чудесная квартира, близко к центру и в то же время в довольно спокойном районе. В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности, а также супермаркеты и рестораны. Маргарита очень гостеприимная, пошла на встречу с очень ранним заездом, и также с тем чтобы продлить проживание еще на один день. Квартира очень хорошая, большая, видно что все сделано и обставлено как для себя, с душой. Спасибо большое, поездка в Ереван благодаря остановке в таком уютном месте стала еще лучше!

Me and my friends recently stayed at this nice apartment in the heart of Yerevan and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spacious and nicely furnished, with 2 lovely terraces. The host was extremely polite and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks that I feel need to be mentioned. The floors were quite dirty upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there were no curtains in the bathrooms, leading to everything getting wet after taking a shower. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Yerevan.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

The accommodation was amazing. Beautiful design and had everything needed in the kitchen. comfortable bed and spa. lots of power points for charging devices and good tv and lounge room too. The host was accommodating for us to arrive a day late due to transport delays in our previous country.

Максимально центральное расположение, на пешеходной улице. Уборка хорошая. Высокий этаж. Большие комнаты, красивый вид из окон. К сожалению, постельное бельё было синтетическое, не хлопковое и слетало с кровати из-за несоответствия размеров.

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

Nariné's place was really good ! we were 4, the rooms were good, the appartment had a stunning view on Mount Ararat and really 2 minutes from Cascade. Nariné was also a great host, very helpful and responsive!

The house looked exactly as it was described and showed on photos. It is huge, new, with beautiful design and great amenities (big swimming pool with heating, sauna, outdoor kitchen and BBQ place). The area is peaceful and quite with s beautiful view, however it is easy to access it from the center with about 15 minutes ride. We fully enjoyed the stay! The only thing that was not so comfortable is that we came at 15:00 pm but cleaning was actually finished at 16:00 pm. But there were long stay guests before us so they probably needed extra time to clean the whole building. It would be nice to be warned about that though.
