Wyvern Apartment is a newly converted studio apartment which is close to beautiful countryside and many great attractions. We have designed the apartment with our guests' comfort in mind and it has been ideally equipped for both business and pleasure guests. There is free parking, a flat screen smart TV, free unlimited WI-FI along with lots of other little touches to help make your stay as welcoming and convenient as possible. The apartment boasts a well equipped kitchen and walk-in shower room.

Beautifully appointed 2-bed apartment with gorgeous views down the river Yeo. Close to 24hr amenities and countryside walks. A mill has stood at this point on the river since doomsday, +1000 years. The apartment compromises the old mill with its thick walls and small windows with a modern addition which is a bright living space with a a private patio overlooking the river below. The apartment is a tranquil place with the gentle white noise of the river flowing down the old mill water race.

Geoff's Meadow, with trees & wild flowers is a quiet spot for reading on summer afternoons. You can take many walks in the area. There are at least 5 National Trust properties within 15 miles. Weymouth, West Bay, & Lyme Regis are all less than 30 miles. Court Cottage is ready to welcome you!

The Tallet is opposite the old farmhouse and next to a magnificent Somerset cider barn. The private terrace has a covered eating area and open lounging space enclosed by walls and clipped box hedging. The underfloor heating and electric log burner add warmth to the sitting room and the spacious open plan kitchen makes for a sociable space.

A cosy cottage in the heart of Montacute just a couple of minutes walk from the National Trust property, Montacute House. The cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and various decorative updates. Montacute is a small village and civil parish in Somerset, England, 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Yeovil. Little Gem Cottage is situated in the pretty village of West Coker just a ten minute drive from the A303. The village has a grocery shop, butcher, restaurant, pub, children’s playground and lots of walking all close by. The cottage is the perfect retreat and base to visit all Somerset and Dorset has to offer. There are two double bedrooms offering accommodation for upto 4 guests. The cottage garden is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine by the fire pit.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.
