My daughter & I had a wonderful relaxing break , everything was perfect & the hot tub was lovely . We had my daughter’s dog Bella with us who loved the woods & fields with easy access from the back gate . We really appreciated the fully enclosed garden. The area is absolutely stunning with easy roads compared to Cornwall . The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom had a beautiful rainfall shower . Iveta gave very clear instructions . We would love to come back in the future to explore the area more , thank you Iveta for sharing your beautiful peaceful home & the lovely basket of treats .

A beautiful well appointed cottage, lovely and clean with comfortable beds. The hot tub in the well kept private garden was a bonus. Poppy was responsive to questions and queries and had left some lovely personal touches to make check nice and smooth. Bath is just a short drive and there are lots of local pubs for a lovely meal out. The surrounding area was quiet and beautiful. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Ruth is a fantastic host, nothing is too much trouble. The house is stunning, picturesque in beautiful countryside, everything is top quality and all the little touches taken care of. A short drive to the coast, ideally situated for long dog walks. The perfect spot to switch off and unwind from daily life.

Lovely little house about a 15 mins walk away from beachfront. Nice touches put on by host with fresh breakfast items available along with all the condiments should you wish to eat in. Bed really comfortable, clean and the hot tub was used regularly. Didn't need to contact host as everything was so well explained although Joy did state we could check out later if we needed. Great place to explore and would definitely use again of in the area. Many thanks

What a beautiful place that can’t quite be captured in photos it is just so peaceful and lovely and private the garden was in beautiful condition and maintained so beautifully we cannot wait to come back!! They were very helpful with any questions as well as allowing a later checkout when we requested it was just perfect and a beautiful place to wake up in for my 30th! Balloons and fresh baked bread on arrival were also lovely and delicious !! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic property - 5 stars in every way. The photos undersell the property; lovely location and the property is one of the best stocked and neatest airbnbs we've stayed at. Some really nice christmas touches (wreaths and a real christmas tree). The farm has sheep and turkeys close to the house which the kids loved and it was very quiet given its a working farm. Only two comments; the 4th "bedroom" (sofa bed on the landing) would have been very impractical to use for more than 3 couples/families and the stairs aren't child friendly; open sided so no opportunity to let the kids have the run of downstairs. A fantastic stay, well worth the money and would definitely come again! Oh and the dog is super friendly

We had a lovely Easter Weekend, with the house ticking all the boxes! It is fully equipped with everything you need and the best distance we’ve ever had to the local pub!! It was about a 25 minute drive to Lyme Regis and a great location for exploring the area! Alison’s communication was extremely quick throughout our stay and the check in was really clear and simple. Would definitely recommend a stay here ☺️

We loved this cottage. It was close to the centre but it’s position made it feel tucked away from the main village. We loved the views and the feeling of spaciousness that looking down across the village gave us. We loved the cosy living room and the log burning effect gas fire was very realistic. The larder was very convenient for extra storage as we cooked every evening we stayed. We hope to come and stay again.

The exact location isn't too clear when you book - but this place is actually like a small countryside heaven. It feels very peaceful and isolated, although you're within a few minutes drive from amenities (a few supermarkets) and the town centre. Sally was very helpful as soon as arrived, and super responsive all along. The cottage itself was small but perfectly fine for a family with 2 kids (the bedroom, upstairs, is really large though). All the essential was there, and in good working order. And it was great chilling on the lawn by the river, watching the sheep on the other side and the blossoming apple trees in Sally's garden, once the kids were in bed. I wish our stay had been longer to enjoy it further!

We had a lovely stay at the Jackdaw cottage. Well located for access to the centre and shops. We liked the kitchen and the patio garden particularly. Note there is an Aga which we managed to use successfully thanks to a helpful cookbook. We have family in Wimborne and look forward to booking again. Penny and Matthew

Julie's place was a fantastic place to stay during our time in Portland. The place was spotless, smelt nice and had all the amenities and items you might need for your stay. Locally, the walks are absolutely breathtaking! Some of the best views I have seen anywhere! There are a few food shops and takeaways locally, all fairly priced and good food. We will definitely return!

Rowan Barn's open plan design worked very well as a welcoming space for three adults. It is set in beautiful countryside and in an excellent location for exploring this part of the Dorset coast. The cottage had everything we needed, including good access and easy parking. We have stayed in several different cottages in the area. This is the one we hope to return to. Thank you, Debra.

This was my second time staying at Norton Court Farm and it was just as wonderful as the first. The cottage was cozy, spotlessly clean and appointed with many thoughtful amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. We loved our stay here. Beautiful, peaceful location with great walks from the door. The cottage is wonderful, really well equipped and comfortable, it has everything you need and we were very grateful that Caroline provided a cot, highchair and stair gate for our toddler. The garden was huge and perfect for our dog. Caroline and Christopher could not have been more welcoming and kind, really lovely hosts.

A beautiful cottage, bath with a view and lovely hot tub in private garden. Provides everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Beautiful location, so peaceful. The barn with pool table and gym was a great addition. Responsive host too, a really lovely welcome when we arrived.

Wow! We had such a lovely stay. We just wanted to kick back for a few days and rest and this was perfect. Perfect cottage and perfect area. The cottage is immaculately kept and so well equipped with lovely little welcoming touches. Croissants were lovely, as were the Ferrero Rocher! Hosts were excellent. We had a short Wifi outage which made no difference to us but Ashley was quick to update us that they had a supplier issue and would be fixed asap. All in all, we had a lovely time, it felt like home from home. We relaxed, enjoyed the log burner and watched the birds! PERFECT! Thank You!

My partner and I where looking for a lovely countryside stay, to enjoy the fresh air and to get out with the dog for picturesque walks and Harriets place gave us just that! Slowley Farm was warm, inviting and clean - offering us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cosy indoor fireplace was lovely to enjoy in the evening and the surrounding area offered beautiful views of the countryside. We would certainly recommend the farm, as it's as beautiful on the inside as it is in the outside (with a lovely Koi fish pond!) - We would definitely stay again 😊

Suzy and Andrew were super hosts. We had to arrive late in the evening and Andrew came to greet us. They were very responsive - we needed a high chair as advertised and it was brought over within minutes! The cottage is absolutely beautiful situated in the most picturesque, peaceful village. Highly recommend - and the cider mill was fantastic, just a five minute stroll through the pretty village. Thanks so much, Andrew and Suzy!

Wendy was a very friendly host and the annexe was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed - and we’ve used AirBnB all over the world. Private, well equipped, spotless and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
