Keuka outlet trail is a few blocks away- use our bikes to explore gorgeous waterfalls and trails. Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.

Maxfield Inn, 1841 restored Mansion - Luther Room

Maxfield Inn is a newly restored 1841 mansion in the village of Naples, New York. Its vintage ambiance on the inside, plus the beautiful picturesque setting with mountains, trees & English Gardens make it really special. Grand white pillars adorn the facade where guests can mingle on the front porch. Guests have an option to order a full breakfast for an additional $40 per room per morning. Blue Room in an Old Brick Estate

93 year old brick house near downtown Seneca Falls with one private bedroom and bath that accommodates 2 people. The off street parking area is great for oversized vehicles, campers and trailers. The bedroom has a Full sized bed with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is down the hall (about five steps- it is not en suite). Breakfast includes granola, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and toast along with coffee and juice. The downtown area is ten minutes away by foot.

Chapman House B and B

The Chapman House B & B was built in the Federal style in 1800 for the Rev. Jedediah Chapman, Geneva's first resident minister. Located in the center of the South Main Street Historic District, it is minutes walk to our celebrated downtown restaurant district and Lakefront Park. We are at the beginning of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and the closest accommodation to Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Enjoy the only lodging in the Finger Lakes to feature an onsite craft brewery with house brewed beer and BBQ, as well as easy access to local wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, and hiking/nature trails.
