Beautiful lodge, loved the outlook and the outside area. Was nice having an ensuite for each bedroom. Bob & Patti were awesome hosts. Thanks heaps guys, you should be very proud of your beautiful lodge.

Lovely place, modern and tranquil bathroom. Nice touches with fresh eggs, milk, butter & bread. Kitchen came with air fryer, electric stove and microwave, all the basics required! Shame we couldn’t stay longer. Rick & Carol were friendly and made a point of introducing themselves and seeing if I needed anything.

Scott’s Oban Cottage was a cosy, comfortable couples cottage. The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot with excellent water pressure. The kitchen basic but great for a two or three night stay. The gardens were outstanding! My husband photographs birds & was loving the opportunity to take many bird photos. I loved the variety of roses, some with perfume scent. We highly recommend staying at Oban Cottage. Absolutely delightful! Thanks Scott for the opportunity:)

My husband and I recently stayed in Felicity’s cottage. It was such a lovely quiet place to rest. The cottage is spacious, uncluttered and very clean. The autumn leaves surrounding the cottage at present are stunning. We enjoyed the absolute peace and privacy. I highly recommend it and hope to stay again in the future. Thanks Felicity. We had such a beautiful and serene weekend away, even despite the wet weather! The property was amazing and we enjoyed the indoor fire with the cold weather. It was conveniently located to shops and restaurants while still feeling worlds away. Thank you for opening your amazing space to us!

A perfect spot for a peaceful stay. We loved lighting a fire and watching the stars at night. The garden is lovely, and the cottage is very thoughtfully equipped. It is so welcoming, clean and comfortable.

We were visiting family in Armidale over Easter and this was an ideal base for catching up with them, grocery shopping, eating out or cooking a meal and just relaxing and having some down time. Wonderful to get out of the car in the evening or look out of a window early in the morning and see the milky way.

Perfect little weekend getaway with my daughter within close proximity to cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Very comfortable bed, quality linen, warm cosy lighting, nice big screen TV to enjoy some Netflix. Lovely decor and beautiful scented candle and diffuser reeds creating an inviting space to stay in the beautiful town of Armidale. Melanie's recommendations were perfect; for great coffee, delicious pastries and sourdough bread to die for we enjoyed The Goldfish Bowl for breakfast and the queues were worth it. Signor Vertelli was the order of choice for the best Italian oven baked pizza. Thank you Melanie, if ever in Armidale we'll definitely stay again.
