The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

had a lovely 4-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed Isabelle's beautiful home. loved the aesthetics and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. location is great as the small town's hub was nearby and we had a great coffee stop, bakery spot and groceries to boot. chose Balnarring as a lovely base for us to explore Mornington and no regrets at all!

Like many others have said the photos don’t do the place justice. A beautiful home, great host in a lovely secluded location. my family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

A very pleasant stay. Great property with options to eat inside, in the backyard or on the verandah. Amenities were outstanding with fully equipped kitchen, great shower, comfortable beds and cosy loungeroom with big screen TV with Netflix. Also a number of heating options available. Quet location only 5 minutes drive to central Cowes. Owner was also very helpful and responsive. Well worth the stay

We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a great time with family. The house was well presented, cosy, clean and super functional. A bit of a walk to town but easy beach access. Would recommend.

Had a wonderful time at Jo's beautiful and cosy house in Jan Juc. Jo was a perfect host and it was a pleasure hanging out with her and her dogs. She was very caring and always responded quickly when I had a question. The whole house is way better equipped then 95% of other airbnb's I had in the past. The reason is, that the house is Jo's home and not just a place to rent out and earn money with. The house also has a beautiful and lush garden where you can relax in privacy. I Really appreciate the time I had in Jo's cosy house and I highly recommend her as an host!

This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

I needed the mini getaway and the Fern cottage was just the perfect place. It was peaceful, clean and most of all it was pet friendly. So glad I booked it! We had a great time. Thank you Jennifer and Cliff for your hospitality and having us at your beautiful property.

We had the most amazing weekend away at this beautiful home! It was just as gorgeous as the photos, every room was stylish, clean, and felt like home. The location was an absolute dream, making it the perfect getaway. The hosts were fantastic, responsive, helpful, and made the whole booking process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

Spacious home with excellent amenities, very comfortable space to relax in. Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Loved our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Kim’s place was lovely. We took our two golden retrievers who really appreciated all the little touches that make it ideal for pups - things like snacks for them on arrival and pup friendly bed linen. The area is ideal if you’re looking to step away from the city hustle and bustle, and just vanish into the countryside. Whilst Vaughan is very quiet and peaceful, Daylesford was about a 20-30 mins drive away which of course has plenty to do. An ideal balance of both worlds. Kim’s responses were super quick which was hugely appreciated and a great welcome pack was available too. Highly recommend to anyone who just wants to step away from the world for a little hush time. Perfect spot for our stay! Craig’s place was spotless, comfortable, functional and exactly as described. Craig was super friendly and responsive. Great location, walking distance to a variety of great coffee and shops! It was quiet and cozy—would definitely book again!

Had a wonderful stay, lovely walk to a beautiful beach. The view over the golf course was so peaceful. A lovely neighbourhood, with friendly people. We all had a blast and loved the space and was a great for our dogs and great to have a doggy door that went into the garage. Would recommend this place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

The location of Sally & Kym’s Airbnb was amazing! Just a short walk to the shopping centre and great restaurants. The space was very unique, peaceful and served our needs perfectly as we were travelling with our dog! She loved the area also! Thank you for making our weekend so special 🤩
