We stayed at Kane’s place as we had a wedding to attend at Avalon Castle so we stayed the 2 nights. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to enjoy the outdoors as much as we would have liked but the inside was very cosy as it was a little crisp. Heating was lovely but a little loud to have on during night but that just might be just for me. Beds were comfy. Definitely would recommend staying here nice & peace full.

Fantastic venue. My partner and I booked this quiet getaway to celebrate new years. It had the peace and quiet we were after. The host was also very accommodating answering any questions we had. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a great and reaponsive host. 5/5 stars.

Absolutely lovely cottage, even better than the photos. Host also provided amenities and fresh bread which was such a treat, really cute get away for a short stay. Only thing to note is that the main road is close so you will hear cars driving past all night and windows face the public/ other guests.

Our stay at this treetop house was absolutely wonderful! The property was impeccably maintained with all the amenities we could need. The spa was a definite highlight - clean with perfectly hot water that was incredibly soothing after exploring the area. Alan was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making our arrival a breeze. The location couldn't have been better, with shops and charming cafes within easy walking distance, yet still very private and peaceful. We loved being able to stroll into town whenever we wanted. Overall, this was a fantastic spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home!

Perfect for a little weekend getaway in the Dandenong mountains.

We had a great experience staying at this cozy cabin. The gravel road leading up to it was a bit rough, but manageable. The peaceful isolation and forest surroundings were exactly what we were looking for, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights was seeing alpacas in the morning, which was a fun and unique experience. The fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere, and while the cabin isn’t luxurious, it has all the essentials you need for a relaxing weekend getaway. We did notice the water in the spa was a little cloudy and came across a few spiders in the cabin, but nothing too unexpected for a place in the woods. A nice touch was the collection of board games, which we really enjoyed playing. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a great spot for those looking to unplug and unwind.

My partner and I went to the Gembrook cottages, specifically Harem and it was a amazing. We were greeted by a lemon scent and beautiful interior that seems to be inspired by Egypt with splendid antiques. We had a great time. Highly recommended. Thanks :)

This is the seventh time we have stayed at Shaun’s Cottage. Shaun has always been a fabulous host and on this particular occasion our visit was due to the passing of a family member and Shaun was extremely flexible with us as we needed to change our booking at the last minute and he even went as far as to offer condolences and leave beautiful flowers for us. Above and beyond as a host so thank you Shaun.

We absolutely loved our stay at 'The Cottage' Location was absolutely perfect, we were able to walk to restuarants/cafes, shops, playground and the steam train. We instantly felt relaxed and comfortable, and the kids were excited about the mountain of lego and the teepee. Decor, including towels and bedding was divine, and the kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea, and had all the conveniences you could need, including kids plates, bowls and cutlery. We will definitely be back!

Thanks for having us! We had such a wonderful time! The place is well-furnished, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Our toddler had an amazing time exploring the farm, interacting with the animals, picking fresh strawberries and veg, and enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast. It was such a lovely getaway and farm experience for our family including our dog. :) We would highly recommend!

Judith and Paul’s cottage was perfect for our stay in Healesville with our 15 month old son. The property was clean, tidy and had lots of amenities that were important to us as a young family, such as outlet covers, children’s toys, books and tableware. The back deck and gardens were stunning and provided a perfect spot to unwind. In terms of location the cottage is a short 6 minute drive to the Healesville sanctuary, and a short drive into town where there are lots of shops, cafes and parks. We can see why this property would be ideal if you have a dog! We will be recommending the property to our friends who like to travel with their pets.

Communication was excellent, and we really appreciated all the helpful tips on cafes, restaurants, and things to do in the area. Our second trip to Kester's. It's just so lovely, surrounded by bush and birds, the kids played endlessly, the dog sniffed her heart out and we relaxed! Warburton is great and Kester's place is a delight to come home to after a big bush walk and a bakery pie!

One of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed with air bnb. Very clean and had everything you need. everything worked really well like the stove, fridge, TV had Netflix kayo and the house had WIFI. It was absolutely stunning, peaceful and the surrounding walks, water falls etc were next level. I would absolutely stay again as I LOVED the eco-friendly vibe the eco shack had, it was a very cosy place and felt like I was right at home. I also loved that I was able to bring my fur babies and the house really accommodated for them. I would give a 5 star rating for it all, LOVED IT.

This was our second stay with Yvonne, and of course we keep coming back for a reason. The place was as lovely as last time, delicious breakfasts each morning, and loved being greeted by the doggos and being roped into a game of catch 😂. The booking was for our elopement and Yvonne was so accomodating for our HMUA and support people. An absolute pleasure

We absolutely loved our stay, the house, views and gardens were all beautiful. The house was well equipped and they had lots of great activities for the kiddies to do. The cubby house was a hit! Alex was so helpful and was so quick responding to our questions. Highly recommend!

We stayed over the Easter Weekend and had a wonderful peaceful time. Ian was quick to respond to my questions and his instructions regarding check-in were clear. The cottage was beautiful and cozy and everything we needed. His local guide for Emerald was fantastic and highly recommend to anyone visiting Emerald.

Homely, clean, spacious and private property in the stunning Dandenong Ranges. Added bonus of onsite sourdough bakery open on Saturday morning- produce definitely worth trying. Great choice if attending a function in the local area. Andrew and his wife were very welcoming. House rules very clear . Perfect choice for us .

Our stay at Victoria and Wayne’s place was wonderful. They thought of everything - breakfast ingredients were provided, a picnic bag and blanket was available, a recommendation booklet, a speaker, bathrobes - to name a few. Well priced for a great location (short drive to town) and the beautiful forresty property. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Gorgeous place! Super peaceful, comfortable beds. The home was clean and the host was lovely- had the cot all set up beautifully and the spare bed! Thank you Darian! Also, there were some extra supplies (like champagne, chocolate etc) at an extra cost which was super handy! Would definitely stay again!

Sulochi’s place was super beautiful and cosy, surrounded by a beautiful garden and lovely patch of views of the hills, beds were firm and comfortable and the sheets were amazing! Loved the little room in the back with tarot cards and beautiful flowers. Such a cosy wonderful stay, super grateful to have been able to experience! Thanks Sulochi :)
