The Naches Estates Guest House is close to sports fields, hiking, fishing, biking, wineries and wine tasting, kayaking, river rafting, a skate park, skiing and White Pass and Rainier recreational. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. You have your own private deck with a beautiful view of the valley and hours of bird watching with full use of the pool and hot tub. Our property has a basketball court. There is an outdoor Weber gas grill available.

Little House on the Hill - Gorge Getaway Home Base

This little house started life as a woodworking shop. When we outgrew it, we made it into a guest house. It may be imperfect, but it's perfectly adorable. We have a peek of Mt. Hood from the yard and lovely territorial views. At night, you can enjoy the beauty of a Milky Way sky far from city light pollution. Come. Enjoy. Relax. Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

La Casita! Clean, comfortable, quiet & convenient.

Enjoy easy access to town, wine country, and mountain adventures from this conveniently located home base. La Casita is a fully detached unit adjacent to our main home. It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

We chose to share our guest house primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guest house for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guest house with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. Come enjoy our hometown known for CWU, outdoor recreation, the Ellensburg Rodeo, and our beautiful downtown. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. House is less than four miles from CWU, less than 1 mile from I-90. 40 miles from the Gorge Amphitheater or 30 from Suncadia Resort. Enjoy this quiet getaway located just on the edge of town with wonderful country views! Well behaved pets are welcome for a $40 pet fee. Two pets maximum.

Within walking distance of the bakery, brewery, wine bars, restaurants, grocery store, park, and miles of hiking and biking trails.

You’re just five minutes from shopping in two directions and six minutes from the Columbia River at Howard Amon Park.
