An absolute dream! The home is beautiful and has all the amenities. The balcony provides breathtaking views (our favorite place to sit for breakfast). A gorgeous beach is just steps away. What more could you ask for?

I was just passing through Okinawa, but I had a great stay and really felt comfortable and safe at Upi’s. I’d definitely return in the future.

Wonderful house next to several dive shops and very close to some great diving spots. A conbini is very close by and breakfast at Maeda Breeze makes it easy to get the breakfast, foods and other supplies for a comfortable and affordable stay. The MaxValu grocery store is a bit of a drive, but it’s also easy to get there. The Ryuku Village is a five minute drive and worth the visit to see old Okinawa culture.

La maison est grande, les équipements un peu vieillots mais tout à fait fonctionnels. Nous avons adoré la chambre ouverte qui est très pratique et à beaucoup de charme, avec ses tatamis et ses cloisons modulables, et qui offre une vue incroyable. Quel plaisir de se coucher ou de se réveiller seul face à l'océan! Attention cependant, il n'y a pas grand chose à proximité de la maison, donc il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture si on veut trouver des commerces ou des restaurants.

It was great! We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is less than 5mins walk and feels remote and calm. House is good for families as it has a terrace and outside area to play.

What a lovely little weekday getaway this place was. We live locally but not right next to the beach and having the beach right in front of the house is exactly what we got. There is a lovely walk along the beach and if the weather good, a safe place to swim in the sea. The home itself is comfortable and the best part was the large wooden deck which made sitting outside comfortable as it’s shaded from the strong sunshine. Julian was friendly and quick to respond if we needed to ask him something. The location is close enough to walk to a convenience store to pick up what you need should you forget to buy what you need before you come. Lovely stay overall.

Beautiful location with lots of friendly locals and peaceful things to do nearby. We met the owner of the soba shop right next to the house and his puppy. There is a wonderfully peaceful hydrangea garden nearby and probably the best short jungle trail I’ve seen in Okinawa at the natural rock garden. I accidentally booked check in on a day that I had a work function, and the host readily allowed us to stay a day past check out since we checked in a day late.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach super. Alles war so wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage der Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut, um die schöne Insel zu erkunden. Man hat eine einmalige Sicht auf das Meer :)

Information guide located in the home along with emailed instructions were informative. Home has beautiful space. The pull out couch is listed as an additional bed, but is falling apart. Plenty of linens and household supplies were available. Home was located close to where friends live in Okinawa so was a perfect, quiet spacious home for us.

We absolutely loved this place! After a packed trip through Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, we were in serious need of some downtime. The apartment is beautiful, especially the view from the little balcony where we had breakfast every morning. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was priceless. A car is definitely helpful, but you can also walk to some stunning beaches with amazing snorkeling. We loved every moment and would definitely come back!

Great! A little spot right across the street from the beach. It was a nice change from the hotels in Japan cities. Pretty much had the whole beautiful beach and water to ourselves!! Everyone was friendly and I would come back if I could!

Worked well for a large group, beautiful views. Would recommend renting a car if you are planning on staying here.

We had a fantastic stay here with our two year old. She loved playing on the balcony, the large bathtub, and having a separate room for her away from the living area was so nice. It felt very safe and child friendly. It was an easy walk to the beach but we rented a car and I suggest that for getting out and about easier. The pool wasn’t actually open yet so that was a disappointment and there is also a large construction project happening at the back of the building. This didn’t ruin our trip but if we had not brought our sound machine for our toddler’s day nap, it would have been difficult. You could not hear the construction from the main living area, only the bedroom so it was still peaceful. We would 100% stay here again. We were sad to leave!

Yota provided exceptional customer service from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience from booking through checkout. The property, perched on a hill, offers breathtaking ocean views that would easily cost twice as much at a local hotel. The home was thoughtfully designed for comfort, with every listed amenity available and in perfect working order. The cleanliness was outstanding—spotless and fresh throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens smelled freshly laundered, adding a welcoming touch. Traveling with little ones was made even easier, as Yota kindly provided a playpen and a collection of stuffed animals to keep them entertained and cozy. Overall, this home felt like a true home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a large group, and I look forward to staying at another one of Yota’s properties in the future.

我們一家9人住了3晚，一開始抵達時看到房屋外觀有讓我們遲疑了一下，不過解鎖後，一進門卻讓我們眼前一亮，裡面跟照片上一樣，設備也齊全，衛浴也很足夠，很適合我們人數多的家庭使用，整體環境讓我們感覺很舒適也很有家的氛圍，回到住所可以很放鬆，附近的超市營業有到24小時，很鄰近又很方便，隨時都能去，也讓我們這趟旅程玩得很愉快又盡興，很推薦大家可以選擇來住這裡唷👍

事前のやりとりはとてもスムーズでしたが、エアコンの故障で1階の1部屋が使えなかったのが残念でした。ただ、事前に電話で説明をしてくださり、対応していただけたのはよかったです。庭もあり、ホテルの前は絶景でロケーションは最高でした！部屋もとても綺麗で子どもたちが楽しめる絵本や食器なども揃えてありました。ケトルはないので鍋で湯を沸かしました。

Preis Leistung ist super. Von der Lage her, ist man sehr weit von vielen Zentren entfernt. Wenn Sie Ruhe suchen, ist das der perfekte Spot. Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt super. Es gibt nichts worüber man sich beschweren könnte.
