The apartment is well named as the view is amazing. Clean and comfortable with a reasonably well equipped kitchen. The second bedroom might be a bit snug for two people, we were a party of three so not a problem for us. Easy to find and the parking space is a big bonus. Iona was a helpful and responsive host. It is well situated for all that North Wales has to offer. Can recommend The Garddfon, a welcoming pub which serves really good food and is within walking distance (15/20mins) although the return journey is uphill! Will certainly look to return on our next trip to the area.

Had a great stay. Well equipped, very clean and well-maintained apartment. Excellent directions and a great location. Ray was super-quick in responding to any questions. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Melinda’s place. The apartment is well situated, being right next to Rhos-on-sea beach, 30-minute walk from Colwyn Bay and about an hour drive from Snowdonia and Llanddwyn Beach. The view from the bed is breath-taking, especially for the sunrise. The apartment is very bright, specious and the large windows let all the sunlight in during the day. The decor feels carefully curated, cozy and unique. We felt incredibly comfortable and at home during our stay. We also enjoyed reading in the rocking chair by the window, while being surrounded by greenery. The kitchen is large, well equipped and was perfect for our morning French pressed coffee provided by the host. We really appreciated the sustainable/eco friendly aspect of the place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future.

We had a wonderful Easter break at your Airbnb and we would like to say thanks so much for hosting us. It’s got a gorgeous view and is near to a lot of local sights and attractions. The kids thought it was amazing!

This is a wonderful airbnb, the kids said it felt like staying in a mansion. Big, very spacious rooms, well decorated with many nice details and decorations. Big and comfortable bathrooms. great fireplace and living room and very nice garden. The location is close to all north wales attractions and some pubs and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes drive. Sian gave us very good recommendations and was available at all times.

A beautiful house with a wonderful welcome gift which was much appreciated. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Location was perfect for exploring and visiting the area. Beautiful surroundings. Cafe Braf right opposite was great, shop next door also. Beach a few steps from the property. Deb kept in contact and responded quickly to any questions. I’d highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

It was great to stay at this house for our trip to wales. The house is well situated with the straits of menai across the street. Caernarfon is a nice convenient drive. It is very walkable to a few pubs and shops in the village.

We loved our stay. It’s particularly lovely with the lighter evenings as the view from the upstairs lounge is stunning. It’s very peaceful but only 10 mins from Caernarfon.

Great rental, owners are super friendly, surroundings are splendid, this is a 5 star booking… DO mind your head though, plenty of places to bang it 🤣

We had a lovely time staying at Amelia’s place - the flat is so well maintained and furnished and the view is absolutely stunning. Between the bedrooms and sofa beds, the three of us were very comfortable and the flat could easily have accommodated more. We really appreciated all the detailed instructions and guides for everything around the house - made it really easy for us to figure everything out after we arrived. Thanks Amelia for letting us stay in your home and I hope to be able to visit again in the future!

We’re just home from a lovely long weekend in Sea Breezes. The apartment was perfect, gorgeous location in a delightful little coastal village. All the amenities you could need, including a travel cot. The bara brith and dog treats were a lovely, thoughtful gesture on arrival. The sea views from the bed are really special. Will definitely return!

Michael and Tracy were great hosts and accommodated our request for early check-in. Michael gave us a very friendly welcome and send off, as well as tips on where to walk in area despite my having a back injury. Our apartment (7) was at top of building up some quite steep steps. Bed was huge and comfortable, we both slept very well. We had a peacefu, relaxing stay, it was particularly lovely having a river at the bottom of the garden.

Amazing as always, we have stayed here 3 times now and love it. its perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. right on the heart of betws y coed what more could you ask for. We got a take away meal from the Indian down stairs and kindly received 10% because we were staying. the food was delicious. we love staying here with our 4 legged friend. it won't be the last time either. Everything about our stay was fantastic. The location and views are superb and the apartment is of a high standard. It was very clean and we did not want for anything in the apartment as it is very well kitted out. We will definitely be back.
